Delilah's POV
Daniella dropped the note through her fingers and her hands started trembling. Her bottom lip quivered and I grabbed her into a hug, us holding each other in the middle of the street.
I could barely even process what was happening right now. Mitch and Jerome are gone, our Dad has taken them, TC is helping him hold them, and we're all alone again.
Suddenly a loud car horn was heard and my head shot up and I see a car with a very pissed off looking driver in it and I grab Dani and we get off the road and onto the sidewalk.
We make our way back to our home in silence and when we do I feel completely exhausted.
"What are we gonna do Delilah.." Dani says quietly and I sigh and rub my forehead. In complete honesty I say, "I don't know."
I go over to the couch and lay down and just lay and think about everything possible other than our predicament right now. I think of the Walking Dead but it reminds me of Mitch and Jerome. I think of songs and it makes me think of Daniella and me singing and having a fun time.
I let out a frustrated groan and get up and grab the closet thing next to me which is an ash tray and throw it at the wall, watching it break into a million pieces of glass.
A long hazy breathe come out of my mouth and tears start to brim my eyelids and I hold myself and let myself fall to the floor on my knees.
I can't tell where Dani went but I hear her quiet sobs and small sniffles not go unnoticed and I get myself up and follow the sounds and lead me to the bathroom.
Hesitantly, I open the door and I find Daniella laying on the cold bathroom tile crying with tears running down her cheeks and I lay next to her on the floor.
When she notices me, she envelopes me in a hug and I give her one back understanding her with no words needed.
We need to get Mitch and Jerome back, just how do we do it without losing each other?
