Delilah's POV

"Daniella get your butt over here!" I yell from the living room.

"What is it!?" she yells back from wherever she is. "I'm not telling you till you get in the living room!"

I hear footsteps and finally I see my sister putting her wild mane of hair up in a pony tail. "Okay! I'm here what is it."

I point to the tv which has the season five finale of The Walking Dead playing. "We need to watch it before we go Dani! We've be putting it off and I need some Rick Grimes in my life." I tell her.

"Oh yeah!" Dani exclaims and I shake my head and laugh at her.

I move some pillows on the couch and pat on the seat next to mine. "Come on then let's watch it before we leave."

"Alright miss bossy pants," Dani mumbles. "I head that!" I say and she rolls her eyes.

"You were supposed to you d.a.m.n" she says.

"Hey! That's the spelling of your name too so don't be saying that to me Daniella Ashton Morgan Niece!" I reply as a come back.

Daniella points her tongue out at me. "Well sorry, Delilah Adora Morgan Niece." Dani says sarcastically.

We both laugh then go to watching the finale of one of the greatest shows ever.

---

"Dani and Lilah hurry up!" Mitch yells. "We're gonna be late for our flight and I really wanna make it to Texas in time!" Jerome continues.

I roll my eyes and mimic the two boys as I get everything else ready to leave.

Daniella, Mitch, Jerome and I had decided to leave California behind. Although we had made so many memories there were also many bad ones.

A few weeks ago Daniella had tried to commit but Mitch was there before any real damage could be done.

She'd been acting weirdly for a while and I should have noticed it, but I was too dumb to.

So as a group effort we had made enough money to move and Daniella and I wanted to move to Texas.

I don't really know why we has wanted to but it felt right to us, plus the boys didn't argue.

As of now we had to catch a flight to Texas and me and Dani were taking our sweet time to get our procrastinated things put in our suitcases as the boys were yelling at us to get done so we could leave.

All of the things in our house had been shipped to our new home in Texas and the boys' stuff as well.

It was just us that needed to get there.

"Ready Lilah?" Dani asks as comes into our bedroom, well old bedroom. She stands by the door and leans against it.

I smile and zip up my bag and set it on the floor next to me. "Yep," I say and stand next to her.

"It looks so empty now," Daniella says. "It really does," I say back.

Dani laughs. "Remember on our first day of school I threatened you to get out of bed or I'd spill water on you?" she asks.

I groan and Daniella laughs again. "Yes I do, don't remind me." but I laugh as well.

"You know Delilah, I'm kind of glad all of those things happened to us." Dani says quietly. I look at her crazy. "Are you serious? As in Sirius Black, serious?" I joke but then get serious.

"Why? Everything that happened to us before we came her and while we were here was bad, do you not remember?" I tell her.

"We wouldn't have met Mitch and Jerome." she says and I'm about to make a comeback but she beats me. "We also wouldn't have made so many memories, even if some are bad."

"Delilah, good or bad memories are what make you, you. If dad hadn't done that shit to us we wouldn't be moving to Texas with the people we love. If you hadn't attempted on the bridge then you wouldn't have kissed Jerome. If I hadn't kept you away from Jerome then I wouldn't be with Mitch. If mom didn't name us the way she did then you wouldn't be named after Hey There Delilah and we wouldn't make d.a.m.n." she says.

"Either way without all of our memories then we wouldn't be who we are or who we aren't today" Dani tells me.

"And this wouldn't be us," I say and Daniella smiles and I smile back.

"Exactly,"

"Daniella and Delilah I swear if you aren't out here in the next ten seconds we're leaving to Texas with or without you!"

Daniella and I laugh and hurry out to the door where Mitch and Jerome are standing.

"Finally!" Jerome says. "Let's get in the car and to the airport, I can smell the sand already." he jokes and Mitch rolls his eyes.

"Okay then," Mitch says. "The two of us are going to the car, hurry and say goodbye before we leave without you." he says and kisses Dani in the forehead to which she blushes.

I smirk at her and she hits my arm. Oh sibling love.

"Yeah what Mitch said." Jerome says to us and gives me a kiss on the cheek before going out to the car with Mitch.

We step outside and shut the door and then look up at the house. "I'm gonna miss the place," I say to Dani.

She hums in reply. "Me too,"

"You're right Dani, all our memories good and bad made us who we are and aren't today. Even who we were." I say.

Dani nods her head. "It's the end of all things great." she says.

"Yep, the end of all things great." I say back.

And maybe we had to chase Mitch and Jerome down the road while the road to the airport, and maybe we hit them in the head. But I wouldn't have it any other way.

Besides, it's who we are, who we aren't, and who we were.
