Shinso's P.O.V

"May The Lord be with you" i pat a sleeping child's fluffy, soft hair

"Lets not delay father, we still have a few places to visit" sister Kodai put her hands together holding a cross necklace and bowed the child's direction
I gave her a nod and followed her out of the building

We walked down a gravel path and stopped in front of a regular, horse-drawn carriage
A older man in a butler like suit sat in front
Probably the driver... {that's not the word for them is it...}

I got in from the left side and from the right came in Kodai and sat in the center, followed by another priest who sat on the right

Kodai waved at the driver he nodded
Afterwards the older man got the horses to move forward and we were on our way

I've been a priest since i can remember. Even as a child, i remember my parents teaching me the ways of a proper priest and teaching me the word of god
I never disliked my religion, even though it was kind of forced on me

Most of the things i do are; blessing sick children in hospitals, hearing out people's sins and the usual
Though, whenever i get the chance to be alone i write stories or poems. They always make me feel better and relaxed no matter the situations
I frequently also visit the garden to enjoy the fresh air with nice light scent of the flowers and bushes

Some may call my life boring and uneventful but i like it this way

It's calm

The carriage stopping broke me out of my thought

We all got out of the carriage and Kodai led the way into a small building that looked like an orphanage

As the door opened, we saw a group of kids running around and a lady, who looked like she was in her 30s, sitting in a chair reading a book

When she noticed us, she put down the book, stood up and walked to us with a warm smile
"Hello, i'm glad you're finally here. Everyone was excited to meet you" she bowed

"Everyone! Come introduce yourself to these nice people" she turned the kids' way and they immediately marched our way with joy

The lady stepped back to make room for the group
"Nice to meet you!" they all politely said in unison
I sent them a small smile and waved

For the next 13 minutes all of the kids introduced themselves

"I am Shinso Hitoshi, i, father and sister Kodai are from the local church. Your care giver has called us about teaching you about the lord and savior and also spend time with you" i explained to the orphans

"Mmhm, that's right. Everyone, please sit down there in a circle" the lady told them as she pointed at a corner in the room

Me and Kodai stood in the middle of the circle they made as they sat down

As our long speech, i asked the kids "Any questions or remarks? Did everyone understand everything?"

A few kids looked very interested, others looked bored and a few raised their hands

Kodai called out one child who had their hand raised

"Is it true that sometimes people call God All Might?" they asked
She nodded "All Might was in fact his name at one point in the history, that is why you might hear someone say this and others say that"

The child thanked her and she let another one ask

"What happens when you get to hell on accident?" they said in a shy manner

"I don't think that you will get any kind of special treatment if it is on 'accident'. You will still be treated as a sinner because if you really were a saint you wouldn't get there on accident" she sook her head

The child nodded their head "I-i'll be sure to be the nicest saint ever!"
I pat the child's head and smiled at them

Sister called out the last child that had their hand raised

"Can demons come into the human world? If yes then how do we know" they said confidently

"I'm not sure. We all know that those creatures are sneaky and stuff, so it's hard to tell. But I think you'd be able to recognize a demon" she explained
"After all, they have wings, or horns or tail in some cases"

The child nods in appreciation

"So no more questions?" i asked them and they shook their head

After a few more chats and spending time with the kids, our time came to an end
We said our goodbyes and left to get into the carriage we came with

Each of us sat in the same place we did before

"You still have one task to finish Hitoshi before the night falls, you have to sit in the confessional booth and close up the church after you're finished instead of Iki since she isn't feeling well. Don't worry though, i was there yesterday and heard out more people than usual, so you shouldn't be that busy" Kodai reassured me

"Got it" i answered

it has been a while since i was there, so i don't mind

"Tomorrow will not be as packed as today since it is Saturday" the other priest that sat on the right said "there is plenty of time to give yourself and your hobbies"
Me and Kodai both nodded and waited for the ride to end

When we arrived, i parted ways with them and headed for the church

I unlocked the door, located the booth and went it

Now all that's left is to wait

After what felt like an eternity, echoing footsteps were heard throughout the church
They were light and quite in a rush it seemed like

The person got into the confession booth on the other side of me and began to softly speak

"Forgive me father for i have sinned..." they spoke in a slightly panicked, and familiar, tone

"Tell me your sins" i replied

"I have feelings for an another man..." they explained
no the first time i hear that...

"But he doesn't know it yet, plus I hide my true identity before him..." they continued
alright that is a bit strange

"I don't think he will be able to love me back just for who i am..." they let out a little sniffle

"Why is that?" i asked them out of curiosity

Silence followed after

then they spoke, really close to me

"Father can an unholy creature love a priest?"

"...What does that mean?'' i was a bit dumbfounded by that
unholy creature? what do they mean by that

"Answer the damn question, can it?" their tone became harsher

i looked at the chiseled window seeing their (e/c) eyes pierced on me

"Can someone like me love someone like you, father?"

I wanted to jolt up, enter their side and kick out the said prankster but before i could move, i felt something heavy fall onto my sitting body and the eyes in the window were gone

I started to shiver and sweat a bit

I looked up to see a (s/c) creature with horns in it's (h/c) hair and wings with tail sticking out of it's back

They sat on my lap with their hands, that had claw like fingers, on my shoulders and each leg on the sides of mine

"Would you like me?!" they screeched
