"aaand i won again! mate you have to get better in chess, this is the fourth time i win in a row" i chuckle as i eat a dead rat, the price for winning, and my underworld friend groans

"i fucking hate you... when did you even learn this" they asked
"in the library in the human world, some bimbos were playing across the room so i payed attention to it and learned it subconsciously. You could consider going to the human world too instead of sitting on your ass all day" i proudly explain

they let out a low growl
"you're so prideful you didn't even notice that that boyfriend of yours is stroking his dick in the middle of the day.." they shook their head

"huh? Shinso? No way, he doesn't do those kinds of things" i brushed them off

"i don't attend imaginary parties" i explained

it has been like half an hour since we've started playing again, they seem to be getting better and better at this...

"hey, do you know what a pact is?" they spoke out of nowhere 
"meh, don't care" i said as i made a move and took one their pawn

they let out an angry growl
"it's when you lay your claim on a human and basically own them until they die. if they were claimed by a different creature before, you can't create a pact"
"and why are you telling me this, i said i don't care" i scoff

"... well there is a chance you two have a pact" they scratched their head 
"i mean, you said that people like him don't do sexual stuff, so it's possible you connected with him. it's something like wolfs being mates"

i sat there confused "pact? hmm, i don't think something like that... oh, how is a pact created?"
"eh i don't know, maybe claiming of sort. Marriage, summon and then devotion, sexual intercourse, repayment. I never had a pact so i don't know"

"you married that guy???" my underworld buddy said surprised

"anyway, i'll go check on him. be a good creature and don't cry yourself to sleep or something" i made a little joke and left the underworld the same way as before

when i got to the human world, i was in the same alley with all of my demon features hidden 
i left the alley and made my way to Shinso's and his co-workers' place, one problem though, it's that i don't remember the exact way how to get there...
