Dear Diary, August 6th, 2014
I've decided that today I am going to leave my cave and see the sunlight once again. I'm just going to go into the backyard, which is fenced in. I don't think I could make it outside the fencing. Tomorrow I'm going shopping for school, insert sigh here. I inch my bedroom door open and slip through, making my way towards the kitchen to make myself some lunch to enjoy outside. Fixing up a sandwich, drink, and an apple I walk towards my destination, the back door. Going outside I find that it's a perfect day to read outside, quickly running back to my room since the other occupants aren't home, I grab my book and retrace my steps. Making myself comfortable under the shade of the old willow tree I pull out my picnic and dig in. Once the edibles are gone I reach for my favorite book, The Fault in Our Stars by John Green. I soon find myself lost in the medical romance as the sun sets behind me. Goodnight ...
