Dear Diary, August 19th, 2014
I miss my mom, I'm currently walking down the street towards the cemetery. The birds are chirping and the sun is shining as my feet clap against the cement. I rounded the corner and slammed into a rock wall, grabbing my head I heard a huff escape from the wall ... wait what? I looked up into the crystal blue eyes of a boy near my age. I'd never seen him around before but the stony look on his face told me he wasn't up for questions. I squeaked out a sorry before attempting to rush around but he reached out and latched ahold of my elbow, spinning me back around to face him. His eyes focused in on the fading bruises that covered my face, asking if I was okay he set a fire within me. Surely turning me bright red. Cautiously nodding my head I eased my arm out of his grasp and stepped backwards, preparing to continue on my journey. His hands slid into his front pockets as a murmur escaped his lips, not really caring to know what he said I turned around and found my way to my mom's grave. I have a lot to talk to her about, goodbye ...
