Dear Diary, September 1st, 2014
The blare of my alarm brought me out of my sleep, a yawn escaping my lips. Slamming my hand on the obnoxious object I rolled out of bed. My body ached from the beating I had gotten only two days ago. Slipping on fresh clothes and brushing my hair and teeth I drug my feet down the stairs into the kitchen. Grabbing my apple I snuck out the door, heading towards the bus stop. Reaching the corner I found a few of the other kids who shared the same stop as me. Barely sending a glance my way they sighed, of course. Fast forward to when the big yellow bus slowed to a halt in front of the gloomy high school, I filed down the steps stopping to look at the building looming over my head. I'm really hope nothing happens today. Walking down the halls I slipped my way past the students rushing to their assigned rooms. Looking up I locked eyes with none other than Stacy, the "Queen Bee". A smirk etched its way onto her face as she made a beeline for me. Looking around me I found myself blocked in by the rush of high schooler's, panic flowed through my body knowing that I had no choice but to face her . Sucking in a breath I faced my enemy. She was only a few yards away now and closing in fast. By the time she reached me my heart was ready to pound out of my chest. Snarky remark after snarky remark flowed from her lips before the usual insults sealed it off. I allowed the words to flow through me trying not to show how they affected me. Giving a slight nod of her head she deemed me worthless and walked off making sure to shove her shoulder into mine. What a great way to start off the day ...
