3months later

"I'm sooo hungry, let's hurry to a restaurant or something and grab a bite or two before I die of hunger"I grumbled to Cassiana.

"Jeezzz Ana calm your horses!If you didn't look the same,I would have guessed you are pregnant because the rate at which you eat has drastically increased.I can't believe we ate pancakes and omlettes this morning and it's just 1pm and you are already complaining of being extremely hungry!"

"Whatever,just hurry up and let's get moving"was my reply as I moved to the driver's side of my car.

Although I said "whatever",what Cas said got me thinking...what if I was actually pregnant?am I ready to be a mum? would I be a good mum?does Gray want a baby?no no no,this can't be.I have been having protected sex with Gray so I can't be pregnant right?

I decided to push the thoughts at the back of my mind instead of overthinking and possibly ending up with high blood pressure when I'm not even pregnant.

We stopped by our favorite burger joint and ordered some burger and milk shake before  I dropped Cas at her mom's shop.

By the time I arrived home,I was feeling really tired and sleepy.I dropped my bag and keys on my kitchen table and headed straight to my bath with the emergency pregnancy test kit in hand.

Before going ahead to carry out the test,I did a quick list of the possibilities of me being pregnant in my head;

-i hadn't seen my period for three months now...but it happens right?it's not in all cases that delayed periods means pregnancy.

-i have been feeling more tired and sleepy lately...but that's probably because I have been preparing for an upcoming public exam.

-i have been eating too much of late...but it happens right?

-lastly these past days I have been experiencing morning sickness... maybe I have malaria right.

But thinking about it, Gray and I have been having protected sex right... except the night of the party....shittt

I finally decided to carry out the test although still afraid of the result that could change my life.

Gathering courage,I finally checked the result and behold

The pregnancy test showed negative.
I crumbled to the Floor due to relief, releasing a breath I didn't know I was even holding.
