Chapter 8

Gray's p.o.v

When we left my parents' house,I took Sevennah to B-boy's burger joint to buy ice cream and hamburgers.we ended up buying 5 burgers and 10bowls of vanilla flavoured ice cream... don't ask me why we bought so much ice cream because my sister lives for ice cream.When we arrived the condo I share with Travis,she went to the guest room and dropped her stuff and the joint me in the parlor to watch a movie.We were watching the movie The Boss,by the time we were half way through the movie Travis walked and asked that we I go with him to the club so I changed into a white T-shirt,blue jeans,blue denim jacket and a pair of sneakers.Since we couldn't live Sevennah all alone we decided to take her to the club too.
She changed to a white strapless top,red pants and a pair of red flats.She took her cardigan then applied a bit of lipgloss and then we kicked off.

We all could get the loud music blasting from the club as we drove closer.We almost had problems getting Sevennah into the club but luckily enough for us Travis knew the owner.

When we got in,we all sat at a table and ordered for drinks.Travis and I took vodka while Sevennah took fruit punch.
After about 15minutes I was mega bored and looked around the place with no internet...not until my gaze settled on a girl at the bar who was drowning herself in alcohol.It looked like she was trying to forget about something.I turned towards Travis and Sevennah but it looked like they were too engrossed in their conversation that they even forgot I was around so I left the table without informing any of them and walked towards the bar.

I stood behind her for about 2minutes without her even noticing my presence.When she was about to take another gulp from he wine glass,I held her hand preventing her from succeeding."Hey I think that's enough,princess."
She turned to see the culprit and when she saw it was me she remained silent and starred directly into my eyes.It seemed like time stopped and all I could hear was the sound of my rapid heart beat.Its like she was reading deep into my soul.I was amazed at how beautiful her eyes looked at a closer view.i was smitten by her smooth and spotless pretty face.I kept staring am getting lost in her eyes deeper and deeper,then she broke the spell by saying"hello."
I smiled at her and took a sit.
"Hi"
"Your they guy I met at the restaurant this morning right?"she inquired.
Awch!that hurts.I just realized she was not staring at me because she was attracted to me but rather because she was trying to recall where she had seen me before.
"Hello"she said waving in front of my face.

"Oh,sorry for that"I said and gave an embarrassed kinda laugh.

"Sooo... you didn't answer my question?"

"Yes I am that guy.If I may ask why is an angel like you sitting all alone in a bar drowning herself in alcohol?"

"It's nothing just that it's been long since I last had fun"

"Ok.how are you doing?"I asked.

"As you can see I am very fine...ok lets dance because conversations are not meant for clubs.we are here to have fun so let's do just that."she said as she held my left hand and pulled me to the dance floor.

Thanks to all of you who are still reading am grateful.As you all know I attend a boarding school so can only give updates during the holidays so y'all have to bear with me.if anyone has ideas or something to tell me,you can just text me.
