Chapter 6

Gray's p.o.v

"How have you been son?"my dad asked me as I sat down at the dining table.As usual it was full of different variety of dishes giving the dining room a mixture of different aromas from the various dishes.Cooking has always been my mum's favorite pastime.She loves cooking so much an never misses an opportunity to show off her amazing cooking skills.One of the main reasons why Saturdays are my favorite days is because my mum always prepares my favorite food which is sushi.

"Good dad and you?"

"Same."
My mum walked in carrying a bowl of home made cookies.
My kid sister Sevennah comes down the stairs almost missing missing my presence because her whole attention is focused on her phone in her hand.When she reaches the dining table,she pulls a chair and sits down finally noticing my presence.

"Hey bro!wattsup?she chirped.

"I am doing good.how are you coping with life in middle School?

"It's hectic but cool.I joined the cheerleaders,and OMG there is also this new guy in class who is sooo...

"Ugly?"

"Nope.i was going to say handsome.He has the looks,the body,the brains and all that a girl can wish for in her man",she said dreamingly.

"Young lady you better get over what so ever crush you are having on that boy because you too young for that"mum said.

"But mum!"she whined.

"No buts!Now start eating and stop acting naughty.By the way young lady if I notice that you are using your phone to do things I don't approve of then be sure to loose it."mum warned.
My sister grumbled but began eating at once..We all ate in comfortable silence and when we were done,my mum and sister cleared up the table and then joined dad and I in the parlor not forgetting to tag along the bowl of cookies.We were in the middle of a movie when sevennah spoke.

"Mum,dad can I please stay with Grayvan this weekend?"she asked pouting.

"Yes dear so far as your brother agrees"dad replied.

"We all know my brother can't say no to me even if he wants to because he loves me too much"she grinned.
Yeah she is right, when it comes to my sister,I forget how to use the word NO.

"Ok you have succeeded now hurry up and pack the few things you would need for the weekend."before I had finished talking she had already dashed out of the parlour.i shook my head and smiled while my parents laughed.It was just so like my sister to be excited about the smallest things.I stayed with my parents in the living room for some time talking about the business and my studies then I later decided to check on my sister.
As always she was on her phone entertaining herself.
"Hey"I said.sh looks in my direction and then sat upright.

"I have been wanting to tell you all night that I have found the perfect girl for you."she said, showing me the he picture of a very beautiful redhaired in my phone.The girl is actually very beautiful to be honest but it doesn't surprise me because my sister has a very good taste in everything that is clothes, jewelry, Make up,boys,girls and many more.
She has been setting me up on blind dates since I was in junior high because she wants me to get over my dream girl, Shelliana.

"Sorry to burst your bubble but I am not interested in this one too.i already have a soulmate so learn to live with it"I argued.

"But she is just an illusion!"

"No...I found her"

"Found who?"

"I found my dream girl"I replied.she was silent for about 15seconds then she led out a loud shriek of delight and then she began dancing around her room in a funny manner.

"I need every single detail of what happened"she told me curiously.
"Sorry baby but your going to know when the time is right.Now get your things and meet me by the car.hurry up.
