Chapter 27

Ana's Pov

It's been finalised.I would travel to Cameroon where I would live with Sharon and her family until my baby is born,then after I will move to South Africa to continue my studies at the University of Cape Town.
Sharon happens to be the only person excited about this whole thing.I guess I too would have been thrilled by the idea if not for the circumstances surrounding my decision to move.

I wanted to have a glimpse of Africa and experience how life can be there too.I wanted to go to their touristic sites, eat their food, listen to their music, go to their clubs and any other thing I can explore.

Today is the day before my send forth party(thats how I call it although they don't know I'm moving).Gray and I are at the beach.I was wrapped in his embrace as we sat on a mat with our feet interwined in the sand.

Being in Gray's arms and the cold breeze from the water almost made me forget my problems.

Just thinking of how much I would miss my friends, Gray and my life here left a bad taste in my mouth and an uneasy feeling in my belly.I held him tighter and he didn't question me.

"Babe, you know I love you right?" I asked straining my neck so I'm looking at his face.

"Of course.And I love you too.very much" he said giving me a kiss on the forehead

"You know I would never purposefully do anything to hurt you right?"

"Lia is there something you would like to tell me?because you are scaring me right now with the way you are talking"

"It's nothing.I just wanted to remind you that I love you and will never hurt you on purpose" I said giving him a cheeky grin.

"Okay then.You too always remember that I love you forever and will always be there for you" he said kissing my eyelids.

"I'm tired of sitting,let's walk a little"

We stood up and did just that.We walked hand in hand enjoying each others' company and listening to the movement of the water.By the end of the day, we had taken many picture on the Polaroid camera I had just recently purchased.I had already invited my friends for the small gathering at my house which was to happen the following day.

After the beach, we went to my place where we freshen up and went out for dinner.
This might be the last timewe would be going out as a couple and i want to make sure its perfect.

I had already paid for a hotel room and made arrangements for a candle lit dinner to be set at the balcony of the room.

After taking my bath,I wore a black strapless gown with my gold stilettos.
When I was done with my makeup and ready to go,I went to my sitting room where my man was waiting.

When he noticed my presence, he looked at me like he was trying to memorise everything about my face and body.

"Damn babe,I'm doubt i would ever get tired of telling you how perfect you are."
Gosh I will i cope away from this guy?He makes much more difficult without even doing it on ourpose.

"So where is my gorgeous girlfriend taking me tonight looking sinfully hot"he continued

I rolled my eyes at his sweet word and he laughed.

" That my darling is for me to know and for you to find out.Now lets go.Im driving"i said placing my hands in his.
I felt at home with him.Gosh this guy is my peace, my calm waters, my happiness and I was living him.i decided to push any sad thoughts from my mind and enjoy my night.

When we arrived, Gray hugged me from behind with his face at the crook of my neck.
"Lia I'm super impressed already" he said giving me a butterfly kiss on the neck.

"Wait until you see what I have planned for us" i said turning my head to give him a peck on the lip before taking his hand as we walked to the reception desk.
