***Kissing scene ahead***

I'd love to say that when I wake up I kick the covers back, hop up, and am ready for my day. But if I said that I would be lying.

"When your legs don't work like they used to before..." started playing from my alarm signaling it was time for me to get up.

It's so funny because I usually set my alarm at night about once a month. I usually choose a song that I like, thinking that it will get me ready for the day and every time I'm always wrong. No matter what song or melody is playing it's always annoying.

I slid the red x across the screen to turn my loud alarm off. My eyes were only opened as slits. I rolled over in bed and moaned as I wiped the sticky drool off of my face.

The only thing that got me out of bed that morning was the fact that I knew I would be going on a date with Harry today. First I just had to conquer work and the rest of the afternoon was me and Harry's.

It has now been 3 days since the Hudson Cafe and I was dying to see Harry. I finally understood why long distance relationships never work, texting just isn't enough.

I put on a blue and green romper that is sinched at the waist with a bow (the plus of being a reporter was that you get to wear anything you want as long as it's fashionable). I put a light coat of mascara on with peachish-lightpinkish lip gloss. I put my hair in a pony tail and used the donut to make my hair a perfect bun shape. And lastly since it was summer I just slipped on white flip-flops, got a matching clutch purse, and got out some sunglasses to complete the look.

When I got to work I realized that my article for Harry was due in two weeks. I knew that I didn't want to send the mean one that I had written last week so I was going to have to write another.

Work seemed to drag on forever. It usually did, but since I had a date afterwards every second felt like an hour.

As soon as the clock hit 5 I was running out of my cubical to get downstairs and to my apartment to freshen up. I was just going to keep the same outfit on since me and Harry agreed to dress casual.

Not even noticing he was there I bumped right into Kenny. "Hey sweetheart, where you running off to so quick? Your shift just ended barely a minute ago." He said looking at his watch.

"Umm... nowhere..." I said, but I could tell it was unconvincing. I suck at lying.

He just rose one eyebrow and looked at me before side stepping and walking away from me. Akward.

When I got home I reapplied some mascara and put on another coat of lip gloss. We planned to meet at 5:45 so the 15 minutes I had left over I just watched an episode of adventure time. (The one where fin gets turned into a foot from the magic man and find finds other people/body parts under a bridge)

Ding! Dong!

The doorbell echoed through my house. I got up and adjusted my outfit before opening up the door.

I opened up the door to a smiling Harry. He was holding a bouquet of red roses. He was wearing a black Adidas under armour shirt that clung tightly to his skin and showed off his muscles. He was also wearing dark blue jeans and Adidas sneakers.

He must have caught me staring and said, "Like what you see, princess?"

I blushed deeply and said, "Ummm...come in I'll just go get a vase to put these in. Make yourself at home."

I reached into the closet and pulled out a vase from the top shelf. It was really dusty and had cobwebs on it. Yeah, I guess you can tell I don't get a lot of flowers.
