I was so mad when he said that, but I decided that I should cool down because starting a fight would get nothing done.
I put my phone's voice recorder out on the table and started recording. That way I could remember everything and use direct quotes for my article. "Ok so, Harry, I'm just going to ask you a few questions. What was it like auditioning for X-factor? Were you nervous?"
Harry just shrugged. "Come on Harry, please answer my questions. I don't want to be here either. The faster you answer the quicker we can leave and never have to cross paths again." I was practically begging him.
He stared into my eyes and I stared back at his. His eyes were filled with emotion: curiosity, hurt, and admiration. "Actually it's a funny story," said Harry and he cracked his famous crooked smile. I couldn't believe it. He was actually warming up to me, "Right before I was about to get on stage-"
Harry was cut off by a waitress wearing too much make up with an extremely fake smile and she only looked at Harry. When she spoke it was extremely high pitched and annoying, "Hi guys I'm Sarah and I will be your waitress today! Can I get you anything to eat?" She was staring dreamily at Harry and completely ignoring me. I looked back over at Harry and his eyes when back to normal, his smile disappeared, and he looked like he was in a bad mood again. I then realized that I was smiling along with him and mine disappeared too.
"Umm...sure," I said and the waitress looked back at me like I wasn't good enough to be eating lunch with Harry Styles. I suddenly felt really uncomfortable "I'll have the raviolis."
"The raviolis?" said Harry, "I think you should get a salad. You could lose some weight. Reporters are supposed to be pretty."
Ouch that hurt. So much for thinking he was admiring me before, "Well you only care about the money and publicity. You're a selfish jerk! And you don't deserve anything you have!" I shot back. I thought I saw a flash of hurt in his eyes, but he quickly covered it up.
He was really angry now. "You're stupid and too uptight!" He took the beer he had been sipping on and dumped it all over me and my white dress, whipped around and walked out of the restaurant before I could reply.
He left me standing there in the middle of a restaurant dripping wet with every eye in the entire building on me.
I was more mad at Harry Styles then I thought I'd ever be.
