Shehnaaz's POV

In a baby blue sleeveless Midi dress, that reaches my calves, I'm ready for the inauguration ceremony. And guess who's going to pick me up this time?

Aliya. Yes, her. We have been catching up these days. I saw a few changes in her attitude. Good changes. Maybe, it was because of work that we had to spend time together. And we're becoming friends.
And Sidharth is not happy with that.

"Hii San!" she greeted as I sat inside her car.

"Hey.. You look hot in black.. Aliya!" I said. She has a lean body, that goes good with her short dresses.

"Thanks.. You look beautiful as always.. But you didn't curl hairs today...?" she asked.

"Yeah.." I smile. Somebody likes them straight, so...

"Acha.. I was thinking to colour my hairs.. What do you think.. Caramel brown or toffee brown..??" she asked.

"Caramel.. I think.."

"Even I was thinking the same.. Tell you what.. I'm looking forward to bump into some handsome at the function.." she said making me laugh.

We entered the beautifully decorated Ashiyaana.

My eyes met Vikas, "Oh.. You look so pretty my Doll.."

"Thanks.. Handsome.."

Jay & Mahi arrived in the meanwhile. We were talking.

Yet, I searched for the only guy. Sidharth. Visible, at a large distance posing with people infront of media. In a black tuxedo. He's flaunting. Dashing. Hunky. Striking. Wealthy.
I could only see his right profile. Roman nose. Gorgeous smile.
My site was blocked by Vikas who, introduced me to somebody yet again.

"He's Mr Pranav Taneja..a Digital Marketing Investor of Omega and Shukla's both.. And she is Shehnaaz..."
Before he could complete, the guy did it for him.

"..Gill.. Architect and the creative CAD engineer at Ajanta's.." he forwarded his hand.

"That was alot of information..." I chuckled nervously. How did he know me?

"Everybody here knows you now..by your work.. I'm really impressed and awestruck with it.. This (pointing at the interior of the house) is authentic.." he complimented.

"Thank you.. Actually there's a big team behind this.." I said.

"That's you being humble.." he added. I simply smile, not knowing what else to say.

"Mr Taneja.. One moment please... " his secretory called him. Just then Vikas called for a photograph.

Vikas's POV

"Kya hal hai bhai..?" I met Sid.

"Good yaar..! Everybody's appreciating this.." he said.

"Yeah.."

"Where's Shehnaaz..?" he asked.

"Yahi thi.. With Jay and everybody.." we turned to look for her. But she's wasn't with them. It was the same investor guy talking to her. He left soon but not before a side hug.

"Well.. She's getting a good amount of male attention..." I chuckled but soon zipped my mouth to see his eyes infuriated. Lips forming a thin line.

"Sir.. One picture.." media came.

"Sure.." then I called my people to get clicked too. There came Sana.

"Hii Mr Shukla.." she said.
