(Third pov)

All of the pro-heroes were at the welcoming party for a new hero who was arriving from America. Currently, Hawks and Mirko were bothering Endeavor as he attempted to keep his temper in check. Rei and Endeavor had gotten a divorce after she found her actual soulmate so that caused him to have very little patience due to how some he felt. His kids wanted nothing to do with him and he officially had no significant other. Though he knew he was the only one to blame. As Hawks was about to shoot a feather out and make it tickle Endeavor's nose the hero who the party was for walked through the door. As soon as Endeavor saw him his eyes widened in realization that he was both taller than him by a lot and that he held a lot more intimidation than himself.

He watched as the hero walked around and introduced himself to everyone until he stood in front of him and the other two idiots, as he calls them. "Hello, I'm (L/n) (M/n) also known as [hero name]" as he said that he put his hand out to them so that they could shake on it. After Mirko and Hawks, he turned to Endeavor before putting his hand out. Endeavor looked at the hand before looking at the new pro-hero. He hesitated for a moment before shaking his hand, "I'm the number one hero, Endeavor." They looked into each other's eyes before they simultaneously realized that they were soulmates but that wasn't the only thing Endeavor noticed. He noticed just how intimidating the guy was in the first place.

(M/n) smirked before he pulled Endeavor close before whispering in his ear, "You might want to calm that cock of yours. One handshake and your cock is jumping for joy." He let go of Endeavor before he walked away leaving Endeavor to try and calm himself down before he set the place on fire. He didn't notice that Mirko and Hawks were staring at both him and (M/n) with wide eyes. As Endeavor calmed down he felt something in his hand. Opening it he noticed a piece of paper in his hand. Opening the paper had a number as well as the words, "Give me a call soon~"

*time skip*

It was about a week later that Endeavor gained the courage to call (M/n). They agreed to go on a date, said date was at (M/n) house and he would be cooking for Endeavor. Endeavor brushed any dust off him before knocking on the door. The door soon opened to (M/n) in some black jeans, a button-up, as well as an apron. "Ah come inside, please" Endeavor walked inside and the smell of homemade food made its way to his nose. (M/n) smiled softly as he closed the door and grabbed Endeavor's hand before he brought him to sit at the dining room table. (M/n) pulled a chair out before allowing Endeavor to sit. (M/n) brought the food to the table before he took off the apron. As they are they made small talk. Slowly they began to open up and get to know each other. (M/n) frowned for a second before he spoke up, "Enji, I can tell that you have something you want to tell me so go right ahead, I can take it."

Endeavor looked down at the ground before he spoke up, "I have four kids. One of which sadly passed away. Um, the other three don't particularly like me but I'm trying my best to be the father they deserved a while ago. I wasn't exactly the best dad, in fact, I was quite abusive and I ended up putting my ex-wife in a mental hospital. I get that we are soulmates but I wanted you to know what you were getting into." Endeavor and (M/n) stared at each other. (M/n) grabbed ahold of Endeavor's hand before he spoke up, "It's okay, Enji. I won't judge you. I'm just glad you're making the effort to change for the better. I'll be along for the ride." Endeavor stared at (M/n) in surprise before he squeezed his hand, "This was better than I expected. I'm so glad I met my soulmate, officially." They gave each other a small smile before they continued with their date.

That was the start of a brand new relationship that would bring out the best of Endeavor.
