"Hello?" I smiled a bit as the voice of my husband's best friend came from my phone. "Hello, Katsuki. If it's alright with you and Izuku, could you guys possibly help me with setting up a surprise for Eijiro? You know for his three year anniversary of being a hero." I heard a 'tch' from Katsuki before two voices spoke quietly between each other. After waiting for a minute I heard Izuku speak up, "Sure we would love to help but Katsuki is wondering why you'd need our help because you're his husband?" I paused for a second before I sighed a bit, "Okay, I'll tell you guys why I need help but you cannot and I really mean it you cannot tell Eijiro anything about it." It was quiet for a moment before they agreed. I laid one of my hands on my tummy before speaking up, "I'm six months pregnant and I have been hiding it from everyone till now so that I can surprise Eijiro."

I heard a squeal from Izuku and a small chuckle from Katsuki before he spoke up, "Damn shitty hair is lucky. Fine, you extra we'll help out. Just text us what you need us to do." I smiled brightly, "Thank you, Katsuki. You know Eijiro is extremely lucky to have friends like you guys anyway I'll text you guys the details later since Eijiro is coming home soon." We said goodbye before I hung up the phone. Just as I stood up to make dinner I heard the front door open. I raised an eyebrow and walked to the front door only to see Eijiro staring there with a bag of KFC. I smiled brightly before walking over to him. As soon as he saw me he leaned down waiting for a kiss which made me giggle. I pecked his lips before grabbing the bag of food and putting everything onto the dining room table.

"How was work, darling?" He shrugged a bit, "It was okay. I saved some people and spoke to some news reporters. And then I met some kids from an elementary school and they were so cute. They thought it was a good idea to climb me like a jungle gym but it made me laugh since it was ticklish." I giggled a bit as I grabbed his hand, "I'm glad your day was good, love. I missed you." He smiled back showing off his shark-like teeth, "I missed you too, my love." We smiled at each other and one thing crossed my mind, 'I can't wait to surprise you with our baby.'

*time skip*

It's about three weeks after the conversation with Izuku and Katsuki and we had just gotten finished getting everything together for the surprise party. Currently, I was sending the invitations to all of Eijiro's friends and teachers. As I finished up inviting everyone, I stood up from my place on the bed to start up a bath. I continued to plan everything as I took a bath. I looked down at my tummy and I smiled brightly. There was a baby bump there the only way to could see it was if you look closely and if I wore tight clothes. 'I can't wait for a party,' I thought with a big smile on my face.

*time skip*

It was now the night of the party and Eijiro was at his hero patrol. I texted Izuku and told him to come over with Katsuki. Once they both got here they went ahead and set everything up as I cooked all of the different foods as well as baked the cake. Once we finished up everyone began arriving. I got ready in my room before I received a text from Eijiro telling me he was on his way home. I walked downstairs before informing everyone that he was on his way home and to hide. I went ahead and turned off all the lights and hid as well. It wasn't long till the front door opened and Eijiro to call out my name. I turned on the light and we all screamed in surprise. He gasped before smiling brightly, "Did you do this for me?" I nodded my head, "I had some help from Izuku and Katsuki." He smiled and thanked them and then we all began partying.

It was a bit later into the night before Katsuki got the attention of everyone for me. "Oh um thank you, Katsuki. Anyway, now that I have your attention I have another surprise." They all stared at me in confusion but I simply stretched my hand out towards Eijiro. He grabbed my hand still looking at me in confusion. I smiled a bit before I put my hand on my stomach before I spoke up, "I'm pregnant. I'm exactly six months pregnant." Everything was quiet till Eijiro spoke up through tears, "I'm going to have a mini-me?" I giggled and nodded my head. Everyone began cheering as Eijiro gently pecked my lips and leaned his forehead on my forehead. "I love you, (M/n). Thank you for giving me a little boy or girl." I smiled back, "I love you too, Ei."
