The parents of a four-year-old boy were surprised to find what they believe to be the "mark of the devil" on the boy's chest.

Sharon Lewis, 37, says she saw a strange mark on her son Samuel's skin when he was bathing him. Without an explanation, the brand has confused parents, teachers, and doctors, even children's.

- It's a nightmare. Some people said it was the symbol of wealth (mammon), the sign of the first son of the devil, everything was very worrying - says Sharon, according to the UK website Newsteam.

The boy's mother said the boy left no mark when she bathed and euthanized him, and even when she dressed him for school the next morning.

This is how she and her husband saw the symbol at night when she was taking off her son's school uniform.

- I took off his uniform and he was there:
two concentric circles with a cross in the middle.

When Samuel was asked whether he had hit something at school or had fallen, he said "No" - reported the mother, who is still looking for other explanations for the strange sign.

- Samuel has a rare disease called "crystal bones" and the mother assumed he had slept with a toy or something that pressed against him. But he said no. We took off the sheets and found nothing - explained he.

Fearing a skin infection or rash, he took him to the doctor, who also couldn't explain the mark.

She said she also went to school to speak to the boy's teachers, but no one could explain what the brand looked like.

- The doctor said it was not a rash, the mark was not the result of a wound, and there was no redness. He admitted he had no idea what it was.

- We were confused and scared - says the boy's mother, who later posted a photo of the brand on Facebook and asked people to help her and tell her what it could be.

The boy's parents say the symbol was seen on the boy's skin for three weeks and that he came into contact with a mysterious website that specializes in body tagging and alien abductions.

- You see something like that in horror and Science fiction films. But you don't think this will happen to families like us.

Now we sleep with the lights on and Samuel often comes to bed with me and Robby - says Sharon, who also says that he sometimes wakes up at night and hears "stuff".
