"What's wrong, Bug?" Marcy asked as she took a break from decorating for Halloween.
Lisa, who'd been in the kitchen to get a drink, sighed. "You were right."
"About what?" Marcy rubbed her little stomach.
Lisa came over. "Juan and I don't love each other."
Marcy could tell that hurt her. "I never said you don't love him. But it's probably puppy love right now. You've got to grow to adult love him."
"I have to wait six years to love him?" Lisa didn't want to do that.
"No, honey. Adult love can happen at any age. I was your age when I adult loved Mal."
"Really?" Lisa was visibly hopeful.
"Yeah. He showed me exactly how far he'd go to love me. He's never getting rid of me."
"I thought you were mad at him?"
"I'm mad that he's trying to go back on a promise but I still love him."
Lisa smiled. "Forever and ever?"
"Forever and ever and ever."
"Do you think Juan and me can be like you guys?"
"You and Juan can have a grand love affair but it has to fit the two of you."
Lisa smiled and hugged her sister. "What are you doing?"

Mal tried to hold back his smile at the dance party in front of him. His women and girls were having a good time preparing for the Halloween party.
Mally pulled on his father's pocket, scaring him to pieces. "Daddy? What are they doing?"
"I think this is why it takes women so long to get ready." Mal smirked deeply.
Mally giggled quietly.
The two watched the large group as they listened to a new song by a KPop group Marcy loved. Even though it was in Korean, every girl knew the words and was singing her heart out as she danced about the room.
Rajah and Christian walked up to watch. They were enthralled.
Suddenly Marcy danced to the door and shut it, locking it.
"Hey?!" Mal and the boys were hurt.
"Go get ready!"
Mal sulked. "Come on, guys. We can get ready together."
"We dance, too?" Rajah asked.
"If you want."
Rajah grinned.

The party went off without a hitch. It was a load of fun and everyone got what they really wanted. Xindi got to invite Jaxon and Lisa got to invite Juan.
Both boys had fun and it loosened up their ladies. Xindi let her hair down and Lisa stopped putting pressure on her and Juan.
Artie spun dance records all night with just enough love songs to make it romantic. Every couple or thruple got to dance and so did dance partners.
It was so much fun and the Fabangeses remembered their love for each other, if for one night and party.

Marcy hummed to herself as she bobbed her head. She was writing a love song. Instead of being too sappy, it was really upbeat and fun. It was reminiscent of '80s and 2000's pop. It wasn't her style at all but it was what she felt.
