Hope woke up by the docks. She had been thinking about her decision all night. Standing up and stretching she looked around. Hope noticed Josie sitting and reading by the tree that she had first saw Josie by when she changed just over a year ago. Hope stood watching her for a few seconds and considered going over to her. But just as quickly as the thought arose it subsided just as quick. Hope turned around and ran into the woods back to where she had Shifted a few hours previously. Once dressed Hope headed away from the Salvatore school grounds and towards the town. It was a long walk but Hope currently didn't mind as she still had a lot to figure out. After a while She finally made it to the town. It was a Saturday so no one would be at mystic falls high. So she decided to wander around the town to find a snack. Hope had finally spotted a small Group of teenagers, Walking passed she bumped into one purposely. Once she had the groups full attention she apologised and Pretended that she didn't mean to do it. Eventually one of the girls had asked if Hope wanted to Join them. Hope recognised her as one of the mystic fall High football players, Agreeing she went along with them until they were out of sight of others. Once Hope had them All alone she Had planned to fed on them, But her plans were cut short when Josie walked out from the woods. "Hey Hope". Hope looked at Josie unsure what to say, She could come up with some remark then eat the students in front of her. But something about seeing Josie this morning was making her second guess her choices. Instead Hope Greeted Josie "Hello Josie, what are  you doing here?" Josie just shrugged as she answered "Fancied a stroll". Hope knew that wasn't the case but didn't press the matter any further. 

Hope had excused herself from the group of teenagers when Josie had asked her to follow her. Hope was reluctant but had agreed. They walked through the woods in silence until they came to a familiar clearing. Hope recognized it as the flower field from her dreams and the one she had found yesterday. Josie walked over to the big tree in the middle and sat Down closely followed by Hope. Once they were sitting together Josie went In the bag she was carrying and pulled out 2 bags of blood. She handed one to Hope and kept the other one for herself as she began talking "Hope, I know that I can't get through to you, I've been trying but I can see now that its not enough. If you want our bond gone, I will respect your choices but you have to leave Finch and Lizzie alone. If you do that, then I will let you do whatever you want. If you want to go back and Feed on them students instead of drinking from a blood bag then Fine. If you want to leave and go back to new Orleans that's fine to, But I want you to know that I will wait an eternity if that's what it takes to get you back. Regardless of everything I've done, Regardless of everything you've done. I can tell you Honestly that My Life has been better with you in it". Hope sat looking at Josie, She honestly didn't know how to react. Each time she even had a flicker of emotion she forced it back down, But she was questioning why. Currently she was sitting in Her and Josie's place, There was no Finch, No Lizzie, Just her and Josie And a sense of calm and peace. Hope was weighing all her options. She had been given two choices by Josie now. She could either turn her humanity back on and Be with Josie. Or her new choice was Leave Finch and Lizzie alone and do whatever she wanted until she was ready to feel again.

Hope swallowed thickly as she spoke back to Josie "I killed you, I wanted to kill your sister and everyone she cared about, Including your dad and Finch. Are you honestly saying that after all that, You would still be willing to wait for me? that you could still love me?" Josie took a sip from her blood bag "Yes Hope. Because I love you more than I could ever love anyone else. And who am I to Judge? I've been just as bad". Hope stood up and began pacing, It was getting increasingly more difficult to ignore the feelings that kept trying to break through. "You was no where near as bad as me Jo. You never killed me". Hope had noticed the slip in the nickname for Josie but Chose to pretend she hadn't said it. Josie was silent before looking up at Hope "No but that doesn't mean I wouldn't have". Hope Looked down at Josie, Her Deep brown eyes locking on to her baby blues almost as if she could directly see her soul instead of just the marks. That's all it took for Hopes Icy resolve to Finally crumble. Kneeling down she took Josie's face in her hands and Locked their lips together. The kiss was passionate until Hope felt tears running down her cheeks along with Josie who was also crying. Josie pulled away wiping the tears from under Hopes eyes as she held her "It's okay baby, shh, I got you". Josie sat Holding Hope and speaking reassuringly to her for about an Hour until Hope finally calmed down. Once Hope was calm she looked up at Josie "I'm sorry for everything I did to you. I'm no better than my father". Josie stroked Hopes cheek and smiled at her lightly "You are a much better person than your father was. And from what I've heard from my mum about him. He wasn't all that bad". Hope smiled at Josie before leaning in and kissing her "I know I have a lot to make up for, But I promise I will do what I can to make things right". Josie smiled and nodded at Hope "I know baby, we will get you all the help you need. Extra sessions with Emma, Extra training with me, Your aunt Freya is back at the Salvatore school. So we can talk to her about teaching me that heartbeat spell so I can help when you feel like your anger is too much. I will look after you". Hope smiled "Thank you baby". Josie smiled back and leaned in locking their lips together again before pulling away "Your welcome love".
