Arthur:

He felt so awkward as you tried to defend him. When you suddenly dragged him away, he just followed. As you angrily rambled about how you can't believe this, he awkwardly spoke up and said maybe you should go for a better guy. When you froze and looked at him, he quickly added his life style is very dangerous and he agrees with your parents that he isn't the best choice out there and you can definitely do better. So you just took his face in your hands to make him look at you, telling him in a strict but comforting voice that you are not gonna leave him and even if he's leading a dangerous life, you love him and nothing will change that. He felt awkward and flustered but nod, mumbling an okay.

John:

He was just offended as they called him a stupid cowboy who is good at nothing and for nothing. Before you could defend him, he was quick to say he might not be all fancy or smart but at least he loves you and he will always give you everything he got, even if it's his life, because he truly loves you. He got up, saying he will be going now before snatching his hat and storming out, fuming under his breathe. As you both rode back, he rambled to you, saying your parents are so judgemental and didn't even give him a chance and they are wrong because he is good at some things.

Dutch:

When you yelled to your parents they can't decide that and they are being rude, Dutch was quick to assure you it's okay and he understands why your parents would react this way. After all, what he is and does are both very dangerous. He assured your parents he will take good care of you and nothing bad will happen to you. When your parent said they still don't want you two together, Dutch chuckled and shrugged carelessly to them, saying that isn't for them to decide though and the only two people who can choose whether you two are together or not is you and him. He got up, politely asking them to excuse you two as it's turning night so you both best leave or else will have to ride home in the dark.

Hosea:

He was very nervous on the inside but he didn't show it, being polite the whole time and even bringing some flowers for them, thanking them for having him over. He could tell your parents disapproved the second he entered their house. He decided he can handle those disapproving stares for a few hours and he tried to show them that he's good for you but it didn't seem to be of any use. He didn't understand why they disapproved, he treated you as if you were royalty and was polite the whole time. Or they should know he's an outlaw, then he kind of understands why they would disapprove their child dating a criminal. Once it was over, he thanked them again for having him over and said that it was nice to finally meet them before he left.

Charles:

He found it important to get to know your parents, but he wished he didn't when they began saying they don't approve and want you two to break up. So he tried to reason with them, ask them why they don't want it and if it's something bad he can fix on because then he will definitely try to fix it. But even with that, by the end of the visit, they still disliked him and disapproved. As you both exit the house, you couldn't help but apologize, feeling ashamed he had to hear and see that, but he asured you it's okay and he kind of expected such a reaction. If you like your parents and want them to get along, he will give it another shot another day, bringing flowers even.

Javier:

When your parent called him a greaser and said you can do better, he was ready to punch them but he kept it together, reminding himself they are your family so he can't just do that. But he was too offended as they kept saying they don't want you two together and insulting him so he got up, telling you he's just gonna wait outside before he left. As he waited outside, he felt bad for leaving you alone with them but he just couldn't handle being insulted to like that in his face and not even being able to do anything. When you came out with a sorry expression, he assured you it's not your fault and just your rude parents who should learn some manners and be more open minded.

Kieran:

He never felt so nervous before. When he realized they don't like him, his heart broke. He really just wanted to meet them and befriend them since they are your parents but now he's getting these nasty looks and they are trying to convince you to stop dating him. He's used to nasty looks but for some reason it broke him today, made him feel even more nervous, embarrassed, and ashamed. Once it was all over and he was out, he let out a shaky breathe, his fingers nervously playing with each other before he asked why they hated him and if he did something wrong. When you assured him it's not him and just your parents, he gave you this sad puppy look, asking really, to which you nod and assured him nothing is wrong with him and it's just your parents.

Mary-Beth:

She was very confused, having done nothing wrong and been very kind to your parents, yet they hated her and demanded you leave her, right in front of her even. She was so shocked and all she could do was watch you trying to defend her and convince your parents to at least give her a chance and that you are truly happy with her. When your parents brought up all the bad things about her, she just wished to crawl into a hole, feeling so ashamed that she is being verbally abused by her own lover's parents. She let out a yelp when you suddenly took her hand and dragged her out the house, slamming the door shut behind you both before hurrying to the horses. She asked you if it's okay to just storm away, to which you angrily assured her it's more than fine if they dare treat her with such disrespect. As you both rode away, she held the reins tightly, still feeling ashamed before her eyes widen when you suddenly rode aside her and gave her cheek a kiss. Her feeling of shame went away a little and a small smile formed as you assured her not to listen to them and you are happy with her so what they think doesn't matter.

Saddie:

She wasn't gonna let some people insult her and demand you two break up right in front of her face. She immediately argued back, saying she loves you and she can cook, clean, do the hard work so she doesn't see any reason they would have to hate her. When your parent argued back they just do, she huffed and said that sounds like a problem with them then and not her. She snatched her hat off the table, put it on with a huff and said she's leaving because she is not just gonna take these old people's insults and then stormed out. As she got ready to get on her hose, you hurried after her, saying you really are sorry for your parents, but she told you not to apologize for them since you didn't do anything wrong, they should be the ones apologizing. She gave you a quick kiss, telling you to meet her at the nearby town tomorrow, then she climbed on her horse and rode off.
