It's my birthday today (August 4th) so yay for that, so I quickly wrote up this chapter.

Arthur:

He's terrible at giving gifts so he never knows what to get, or so he thinks. Each time he has given you gifts they were good as he uses his memories to rethink what you like or mentioned wanting so each of his gifts are good as they were things you like/want. When he has to give it he had put the gift in a box. He will be feeling so awkward, holding it to you bashfully, mumbling happy birthday and here's your gift. When you open the box there will be a drawing on top of the gift of something beautiful he drew, usually it's you or something you like.

John:

He just stands in the store, confused, then starts taking things, eyeing every thing. He never knows what to pick as he wants to get a perfect gift to show he's a good partner, he listens, and such, but... he doesn't because he doesn't know what to get! So he began banging his head on the wall, to which the shop owner worriedly glanced. And soon he got it! And so he bought the gift he knew you would love! When he had to give it he felt so nervous, telling you he truly thinks you will like it. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad, but either way you thank him and like that he at least still tried to get you a gift.

Dutch:

He forgot about it, only remembering when others began saying happy birthday to you. So he decided to act as if he forgot it and quickly told the camp to organize a surprise party while you were away. Dutch had Lenny and Hosea hang up papers with happy birthday written on it in big letters, John and Javier get a lot of alcohol, and Arthur and Charles hunt for a ton of food. So when you returned there was a party, and him acting as if he had this all planned out. He pulled you into a tight hug, saying happy birthday. Later that evening he will be giving this speech about how great you are and how much he loves you.

Hosea:

If you like fishing he will start the day by taking you fishing. But if you rather sleep in on your birthday and not go fishing he will of course let you just be and make sure nothing will wake you up. If you have things planned to go do he will gladly join you. But if you rather lazy around this day he will let you be. Or if you just want to sit under a tree together and talk or read then he will even more gladly do that. Basically anything you want to do this day you can do and he will gladly join you if you will let him, except if it's unneeded murder or such, then he would advise against it or to carefully think about this all again.

Charles:

He will have a gift prepared a week prior so he's certain he will have it. His gifts are always special and have meaning to them. He always prepares different places to take you for each of your birthdays so you can always have something new and exciting for the special day. He tries to make sure the new locations have something you like or find special. If you don't want to celebrate it then he will do so, but he will cautiously ask you why you don't wish to celebrate it.

Javier:

He had written a song for you. Admittedly not great as he forgot it will be your birthday so he wrote it in a few hours the day prior when someone mentioned it. Which is annoying because he tried his best to remember it, but it just slipped his mind. He tried to get a gift but couldn't find anything in that short time so all he had was his not-so-great song and drinks he got from the camp supplies. So he threatened Pearson to make a good meal, which worked. He packed it up and set it up as a picnic somewhere nice then went and got you. So it was a nice picnic wihile chatting over things and near the ending he played you the song. He apologized for not getting you a gift but you assured him it's fine and him setting this whole thing up is amazing and a gift by itself.

Kieran:

He doesn't have money to buy you anything so he tried to make you something but it looked as if a child put it together so he threw it away. All he could think to do was pluck the prettiest flowers he could find then wrap them together with something that lied around camp. When you finally saw him he held the flowers nervously, greeting you then wishing you a happy birthday and thrusted the flowers your way, awkwardly saying he doesn't have any gifts but he hopes you will still like today and he will buy you gifts once he has enough money to make up for each time he couldn't. So instead he tried to take you to pretty places, hoping the beautiful sights will be impactful enough to make up for not having anything else to give you. He tried to make sure each conversation he had with you was special and/or fun so your birthday will be fun, impactful, and rememberable.

Mary-Beth:

She will always have different things prepared, usually ideas gotten from stories she hears from others or read about. Sometimes it's a good one, other times it's a flop. But either way her efforts are appreciated. Even if it flops she doesn't take it personal, a bit sad that it failed, but still happy you tried it. How excited and happy she is for this day makes you feel excited and happy for the day. But if you refuse to celebrate this day she will be very sad and ask you many times why not, trying to convince you how fun it can be, but will drop it if you tell her to or gave a good reason as to why you don't.

Sadie:

She doesn't really care for such things, but if you do then she will get you a little gift. Something simple she found quickly and thought you would like. If you hate this and want something big she will be annoyed you are so fussy about this since she just sees it as getting older and a year having gone by again, but then organize something she thinks you might like. If you don't celebrate it definitely fine by her, she will just say a happy birthday, make a joke about becoming older, and then just continue with her everday life.
