Arthur:

He didn't even know today was Valentine's Day, and even if he did he wouldn't know what to do. So when some days were passed and suddenly John asked him what he did for you on Valentine's Arthur asked him what he means, which just resulted in John getting shocked then laughing, saying he's not that great of a husband but at least he remembers Valentine's Day. Arthur just yelled for him to get lost already then stormed off, feeling as if he messed up badly. He just hung out with his horse, asking the horse questions, nervous to talk to you. When you approached and said you know he likes his horses but they won't start talking back he just gave this forced smile then just decided to get it over with like ripping a bandage and apologized for having forgotten about Valentine's Day. You assured him it's fine and you know he has bigger worries but he said no it's not fine then insisted on taking you to some fancy place to dine so he can make up for it.

John:

He made sure he wouldn't forget Valentine's Day. So he joined more heists to get more cash so he could buy stuff for you. He didn't know what to get so he asked some people around camp, so he ended up buying chocolate, flowers, what he thought you might like but he wasn't sure it would be good so he just bought more snacks and flowers. So on the day you stood before a crate filled with flowers, candies, snacks, some stuff you decently like, and several cards. You asked jokingly if one card wasn't enough to write what he's written inside, but that just made him realize he forgot to write something inside any of them. You couldn't help but laugh as he explained the situation and how weird the shopping was, but then gave him a kiss and said you truly appreciate his efforts and love it and you also got him some stuff, though sadly not as much as he did, which just made him chuckle and say that's good because this cost all the money he had, he only got a few cents left now.

Dutch:

He had Miss Grimshaw wash his best clothes. He greeted you with a flower bouquet, wishing you a happy Valentine's Day then said he has something planned for this evening so be sure to dress well. So at dinner he took you to this fancy restaurant he had made an appointment at. Both just spend the evening talking and laughing while enjoying some fine, expensive food. He assured you not to look at the prize and just order what you want. And to end the evening off he ordered a bottle of wine and both went back to camp, which was empty so you assumed he ordered everyone to leave for the evening or the others simply had their own plans. He put on some music on his phonograph and both just talked over some wine, danced around a bit, and then had some more wine. It was a calm, lovely evening and you were sure to thank him, to which he chuckled of course, anything for you.

Hosea:

He likes Valentine's Day because it's nice to see couples being in love and it's a good excuse to just shower you with love and affection. You greeted him and gave him a flower bouquet, which made him chuckle and joke that now he knows how his Bessie always felt whenever he did that. He doesn't wish to do the same things he did with Bessie with you as he wanted those moments to be special and linked to Bessie and instead make new ones with you. So each Valentine's Day you will both do things he never done before on this day so he can experience new ways to celebrate Valentine's Day with you.

Charles:

He picked some beautiful flowers he found while out hunting in the morning then tied them together to form a bouquet. When he handed them over he looked a bit awkward, mumbling a happy Valentine's Day. He added sheepishly he would have bought some fancy stuff but he doesn't really have the money for that. If there's a place you wish to see or an activity to do together he will gladly do it with you. He likes today as it's a day you can both spend together, showing how much you both appreciate and love each other. It's definitely nice to have such a day when every other day is working while being stressed, but today he can forget about all that and just be with you.

Javier:

He and you had a fun day of just riding to town together, talking and laughing about pointless stuff. It was only when it was turning dark that it really began feeling romantic and different. It was turning dark so you both set up a camp fire. Once it was done he insisted that he wants to play you this song he wrote for you on his guitar. The song was a soft and calming one. Once he was done he looked a bit embarrassed, mumbling that didn't sound as romantic or as good as he was hoping it would be, but you assured him it was romantic and good so he has nothing to worry about and you are very touched. As it was getting darker and colder you took a blanket and scooted closer, tossing it over him. Both shared it while holding each other, whispering and giggling about stuff.

Kieran:

He didn't know what to do so he went with what everyone usually does and that's just get a flower bouquet. He felt too awkward to go buy them so he just picked some from the flower fields. He mixed some colors together he knew you liked then went to you, feeling bad and embarrassed for not having anything better and he doesn't get paid so he can't buy anything for you. So when you got him a gift he felt even worse that all he has are some silly flowers he picked, but you assured him you like it and you don't need anything grant. As you both walked around and talked about stuff, it kept bothering him so at one point he suddenly promised you next Valentine's Day will be better and he will definitely get you a grant gift.

Mary-Beth:

She loves this day; love is in the air. She loves hearing what everyone is playing to do for their lover, watching other couples gifting each other things, their happy faces with eyes filled with love. If you have something planned for her this day or even just a small gift she will absolutely love it, be touched by it, and remember it for a long time. Even if it's a bad gift she will still appreciate the effort.

Sadie:

She isn't a fan of the day, both because she finds that it ruins her badass cowgirl appearance to get all lovey dovey, but also because this day reminds me of her late-husband and how he would always have a gift prepared for her. They weren't swimming in money so it was always a rather cheap or hand-made gift, but it was the effort he put into getting it or making it that always warmed her heart. When you try to cheer her up by getting her stuff like flowers or such she will get a soft smile, appreciating the gesture before taking it, saying you didn't have to then awkwardly admitted she didn't think you would get her anything so she didn't bother buying anything for you since that would have been awkward but this is equally as awkward.
