Chapter 18

"i'm very sure boys that you guys are aware for the upcoming fest-con" the old man infront of the school councilors said assuming his the head of the prestigious university, jimin nodded along and took some notes with hoseok guiding him behind, jungkook only listened but his whole attention was on a certain brunette boy who was ignoring for the past week now, he didnt know what he did yet taehyung wouldnt even dare to look his way and tried his best to avoid him. 

it was stressing him, did he do something wrong? he never remembered doing one to upset the younger yet here he was reminiscing the past actions he did if it werent for jimin who kicked his feet he would missed out the important thing the principal said before he went out the councilors room.

"hey kook what happened to you, you were spacing out" jimin asked, flipping down the papers he was holding a while ago but he never received an answer from the younger who only looked away from him. 

"is it about taehyung?" hoseok butted in placing his chin on his palm but jungkook didnt actually gave them an answer and only shrugged his shoulders and stand up from his sit. to be honest he himself didnt know why he was acting like this but seeing that the younger was trying to avoid him makes his stomach dropped it was frustating the hell out of him, it pissed him off if he wanted to achieve something on a day it was taehyung's attention. jimin seemed to sense the youngers tense body so he sighed and propped himself up beside jungkook's.

"if you just tell me that this is all about taehyung and i would help you-hoseok hyung can you please paste this up at the school's board?" hoseok nodded and smiled as he went out the room leaving jimin and jungkoom together to talk it all out. 

"i dont know why his ignoring me.." jungkook trailed off looking away from the blonde's gaze at him, it was odd seeing the younger unsure and nervous, jimin only sighed and run his fingers through his hair.

"do you like him?" 

"no i dont" 

"yeah just kept on denying it" the blonde frowned at the younger what was the reason of lying about it, base on how he was acting right now it was pretty obvious jungkook like taehyung just the way how taehyung like him. then suddenly someone run through his mind that made him freeze if 'she' was the reason why he was like this then...things might get worse.

"don't tell me you still love her." jungkook seemed to snapped out once the mentioned of the girl he hated the most. bingo, if she was really the reason then it might be hard for taehyung to confess his love for him but who was she?

"don't even dare to say her name, i despise her"

"but she's the reason why your afraid of loving again jungkook!"

it pissed him off that what the older said was true.. he was scared..
