Chapter 23

He stood awkwardly next to jimin who kept on tapping his shoes nonstop, arms are crossed and not missing how he would rolled his eyes every seconds passed by as haneul tried to talk with the blonde and convince him on telling her where jungkook might be, but jimin isnt the one to just say things to this girl whom he hated the most. he would never forget everything she did two years ago knowing that it pained jungkook worst. 

"jimin why are you being so stubborn, aren't we best friends?" haneul chuckled finding her words funny which isnt, the smaller among the three only scoffed not really having any of it, she was annoying the hell out of him. 

"it was before haneul, dont get ahead yourself" taehyung could sense the tension building up between the two and it was suffocating, two fierce eyes not even daring to blink pride visible on both of their eyes. 

"u-uh.. noona i'll bring you were jungkook hyung is..." taehyung trailed off, he doesnt really want to do this but he needed to, jimin stood their in shock and face him once fierceful eyes change into surprise ones, but the brunette only gave him a smile to assure the other that it was okay. 

"that's great, bring me to him" 

taehyung doesnt know what to say but all he knew was, this walk through the councilors room is awkward the way he can feel haneul's eyes on him, felt like he was being judge and criticize by a pair of eyes behind him as her heels clang on the tiled floor. haneul was beautiful she looks like a super model and it suits her, everybody would want her and date her, maybe that's one of the reasons why jungkook dated her. it made his heart sting knowing that the ravenette had already did kissing, hugging, holding hands with her, take her out on dates and just enjoying each others company. in other words he was jealous of her , he would never beat someone like her, she can make every guy fall for her in just a single glance, yet he can't, was this not the perfect timing to get sad about this kind of  things? and just maybe focus on bringing this brown haired girl to jungkook. 

"noona were already here, but could you wait for a second?" he asked biting his lip once haneul raised her brow on him but sighed in relief when she nodded after. he knocked three times before hearing jungkook's voice inside a part of him being annoyed once he took a glimpse of haneul's excitement after hearing the ravenette's voice inside. 

"hyung?" he peeked his head and saw the older fixing some folders at the table, he look so stress.. did he made a bad decision on bringing jungkook's ex here with him?

"tae? why are you here? are you already done? or tired? i can do it for you" jungkook's soft voice made his cheeks flared up but pissed hanuel when she heard it. 

"no hyung, actually there's someone who wanted to see you" taehyung bit his lip seeing the olders curious eyes before he step aside and opened the door widely revealing haneul who smiled excitedly expecting for jungkook to run towards her and hug her tightly or maybe cry after seeing her after two years, her smile started to fade away once she saw the ravenette's disinterested face. jungkook was boiling at anger, how dare her to just showed in nowhere and expect him to be happy after seeing her? when all she did was hurt him. 

"why the fuck are you here" he spatted those words almost crumbling the paper he was clutching, the brown haired girl only chuckled and walk towards him. 

"don't you miss me kookie? i miss you so much" she mumbled tilting her head to side sensing she was cute when she just looked like a stray cat wanting some food to eat base on jungkook's own perspective.

"how dare you show up, byun" hearing her own surname left the ravenette's mouth was something she wasnt expecting, he never called her like that ever since before and hearing him saying it now boils her blood. taehyung stood awkwardly at the door before turning around deciding to leave the two- 

"tae, come here and stay" jungkook's voice was firm more like demanding him to stand beside him which sounds hot but its not the right time to think about this, he walk towards the older with his head down feeling haneul's annoyed eyes on him. 

"why are you being like this jungkook huh? don't you miss me? love me? how come you forgot your feelings for me?!" she asked, desperate for his answer, wanting to here that this was all a joke and he actually wanted her back. "and if you wanted me to leave and never comeback that's not going to happen because i'm one of the new philanthropy jungkook, i donated a lot of money just to see you again and comeback for you!"

"nonsense, what do you think of me? that jungkook you were used to? wake up haneul you left me two years ago and those two years already made me forget everything about you, dont even think of me coming back to you i'm not stupid enough for you." tears started to dwell on her eyes couldnt believe on everything she heard, her knuckles are turning white, anger on her eyes as her gaze darted to taehyung who was close beside jungkook. she isnt letting any of it, the ravenette was once hers and so do again. 

"why? you like this kid? jungkook im better than him" jungkook scoffed suddenly holding the brunette's hand who gasped in surprise his cheeks flushed. he pulled the younger closer to him before dragging him with him walking passed his ex, before turning around to face the angered up haneul. 

"yes, i like him and his way more better than you"
