Chapter 11: We are Family

Tommy came running into the house with Sara's phone and had gone into the living room. Tommy, give me back my phone! Sara demanded as Barry followed them. You want your phone? Come and get it. He teased. She pushed him onto the couch and started hitting him with a pillow.

Sara please, violence is never the answer. Barry tried pulling Sara off of Tommy. Sara turned to him and whacked him with a pillow. The heck with the non violence, I'm on you like stripes on a tiger. He put his arms around her from behind as he brought her to the floor. Then he and Tommy started hitting her with a pillow. JJ and Zoe saw what was going on before jumping onto Tommy and Barry's backs.

Hey, what is going on in here? Nora came to see what the commotion was all about. Tommy took my phone, and he won't give it back. Sara said. Okay, Tommy I want you to give your sister back her phone, and I want all of you to apologise to each other. Nora directed. Sorry. They all apologised as Tommy handed the phone back to Sara. Good. Now go and play outside, all of you. She handed Jenna to Sara.

The girls were chatting on the patio couch, while the boys started playing basketball in the backyard. The ball rolled onto the grass as Jenna waddled towards it and picked it up. She tried bouncing it as Tommy took notice. Hey check it out, Jenna wants to play too. He picked her up before hoisting her up to the net. Allright Jenna, put the ball in the net. He directed as she slowy dropped the ball into the net. Good job. Her siblings cheered for her, as Oliver gave her a high five.

Allright guys lets play. Oliver picked up the ball as the girls joined them. You guys wanna play? Barry asked. Sure. But just don't cry when we win. Laurel teased. Oh, its like that huh? Ok. Its on now. Seems like we've got ourselves a boys vs girls match going on. Tommy said. Can we play too? The twins asked. Of course. JJ you're with us, and Zoe you're with the girls. Oliver replied as the twins got into their teams. Jenna's playing too. Sara picked her up. Ok fine, if you get Jenna, we get Max. Oliver suggested. Fair enough. Alex said.

Allright lets play. Tommy said as they started. Henry and Nora came to sit outside and watch their kids. They smiled and looked at each other.
