Once you start, you can't stop.
It's like an addiction. An addiction that not even therapy can solve. An addiction that stays with you forever. And that addiction I am not proud of. An addiction that will leave scars here, there, and everywhere.
An addiction that will remind you of previous pain, and will make you want to just do it over and over again. An addiction that I am not alone in doing. An addiction that brings even more pain to you than what caused it in the first place.
Maybe one day I won't have to suffer anymore. Maybe one day, no one that goes through the same thing as I. Maybe no body has to suffer anymore.
Maybe one day...
