~Your POV~

Your head pounds, and you feel a searing pain in your thigh.  What happened?

You reach a hand to touch your pounding head, and bring it to the front of your face.  Your fingers are blurry and covered in blood.

You squeezed your eyes, trying to remember what had happened.  You and Loki were making out... he left...

It all came rushing back, along with the horrid pain across your body. The giant ship began attacking yours, everyone in a screaming flurry.  You grabbed your weapons, and were attacked.  Aliens.  A giant purple Titan.  You remember the screaming and bloodshed.  You remember Loki's screams, as a sword impaled your leg. You remember a purple light, and more screams, as everyone fell down dead.

"Hear me," a voice says.  You squeeze your eyes tighter, and slowly open them.  You can hear the crackling of fire, and footsteps.

"And rejoice. You have had the privilege... of being saved by the Great Titan," the voice continues.  Great Titan?  Who was that what did that... your mind flashes to Loki.  Telling you of his torture, barely skimming the surface of what had happened.

Thanos.

Thanos was here on this ship.  That meant Loki was in danger, he could hurt Loki.  You try your hardest to communicate with him, only for your head to feel as if it's splitting in half.

"Smile... for even in death... you have become children of Thanos," the voice finishes.  You finally get enough strength to sit up, and back into the wall.

Your eyes refocus.  They land on Thor, laying at the feet of Thanos, and there is Loki just a few feet behind them.  Loki's eyes stay trained on the ground, and you can tell he is trying to think of what to do.

Thanos reaches down, picking up Thor by his collar, and drags him towards Loki.

"Let... let him go," you croak out, as Thor groans in pain.

Y/n! Shh!  Stay silent, Loki snaps in your head, making you shut your mouth.  You'd usual argue, but you had no energy to even move.

You watch as Thanos grips Thor's head, and holds up a weird gold glove with a glowing stone.  The Power Stone.  You learned about it from Heimdall.

Heimdall... where was he?!

"The Tesseract... or your brother's head," Thanos says to Loki.  You look at Loki.  He didn't have the Tesseract, you knew he didn't have it.

Loki just stares Thanos down. Thanos shrugs, and brings the Power Stone to Thor's head.  Thor screams out in pain.

"NO!! Stop it!! L-let him go!!" you stutter, trying to get to your feet, only to crumple back to the ground.  Loki winces at your cries of pain.

You watch as Thor screams out.

"Stop!" Loki exclaims.  Thanos removes the Power Stone, carefully watching Loki.  Loki raises his hand, and the Tesseract appears.

Your heart sinks.  He didn't... he wouldn't...

You blink back tears.  You thought you helped him, you thought you'd gotten him through this.  His eyes dart over to yours, his own filled with hurt and sadness.   You knew this wasn't going to end well, there had to be something you could do, something...
