I felt Tommy's arms around me as we hugged in our cell. The door burst open as Ian and his men came in. They dragged us into a room I hadn't been in and we were thrown to the ground.

"We had one rule for you Blades. Don't go into our territory. And your buddy broke it. Now I can't just let this slide," Ian said while pointing a gun at us.

Me and Tommy were both terrified, not knowing what was to come.

"It's such a shame too. You were doing well. But someone has to pay."

He walked towards us and then whispered, "Someone is not walking away today."

I felt tears start to pour down my face as I stopped hiding my fear.

"Welcome to hell."

I felt a fist hit me, and I fell back. Over and over I was hit, and I heard Tommy grunting in pain beside me. Soon I could barely see. Finally, the punches stopped, and for a few minutes, I laid there. Then I felt Ian pull me up, and Tommy whimpered. A guy hit him, making him shut up. Ian dragged me up and made me stand. He looked at me, and he held out the gun. I was confused.

"W-What? B-But..."

"Oh kid, I'm not going to kill anyone."

He walked up close and whispered in my ear.

"You are."

I felt myself stop breathing. My heart stopped beating. No, no this is all a dream. I'll wake up and I'll be back in the warehouse. I'll be back to watching the stars, reading Tommy's books. Or hell I'd rather wake up in bed with Hunter. This isn't real. But it felt real.

I felt the blood dripping onto the floor. I felt the pain all over me. I felt the cold metal being pushed into my hands. I stared at it, just looking at it. Then I looked up to Ian. He was smiling.

"Come on now."

I still didn't move. Everything felt surreal. Tommy looked at me, and to say he was terrified would be an understatement. He was crying loudly, visibly shaking. I felt tears start to fall, as I just stared at him, still unable to function.

"Let's get this going. There's work to be done."

I felt him push me forward, and I stumbled. I still didn't stop looking at Tommy.

"I-I can't."

"Course you can. Anyone can."

"I c-can't."

He looked at me annoyed and grabbed the gun. I heard a click sound, and he handed it back to me.

"All ready to go, just point and shoot."

I still stood there, but I slowly raised the gun. My hands were shaking so badly I almost dropped it. I didn't want to do this, I couldn't do this. He's my best friend. I can't do this. I watched the fear in Tommy's eyes escalate.

"D-Dally."

More tears poured down my face, mixing with the blood.

"D-Dally it's o-okay."

"I c-can't do this. Please d-don't make me do this. I'll do anything."

"D-Dally n-no."

"H-He's my best f-friend. I c-can't..."

"Dallas l-listen to me! Do it. Everything will be o-okay. Tomorrow you'll be out watching the s-stars."

"W-What about us doing it t-together?"

"I'll always be with y-you. Always."

He closed his eyes, and he started shaking less. I tried to hold the gun steady, and my finger was on the trigger.
