Year 2077 (Eren x Levi)

--Chapter 28--

~One Month Later~

Levi has been out of the hospital for a week now, and he seemed to have recovered quite quickly. He's still staying with Eren at his apartment as before because he had nowhere to go, and it wasn't like Eren was going to chuck him onto the street after everything that happened.

It may have been awkward a few times they crossed paths in the hallway, but overall it's been okay. Seeing as though Eren no longer has a father, Levi had taken up residents in Grisha's old room. Not that Grisha ever used it.

It was probably the best option for now with Levi trying to figure things out. He had two people he cared about a lot who liked him back a lot, and he had no idea how to handle this situation. He's never been a person who expresses their emotions openly, especially after everything that happened with his mum, uncle and friends. But, he was willing to try it out.

He's had little over a month to think about it, three being stuck in a hospital bed, and now he's ready to make a final decision...

~5 Months Later~

It's been a total of six months since the whole thing with Willy happened. Luckily everyone has been doing great since then.

Annie has fully recovered from getting shot in the stomach, and Mikasa and she have finally confessed to each other. They've been dating for a few days now and they already sound like a married couple that argues with each other about small and petty things. Although, it's quite entertaining to listen to sometimes.

Erwin had chosen to replace his arm with a new and improved metal one, which looks fabulous as Hange so puts it. Erwin will be taking over as Chief of the police force with Mike now moving on to different things. Armin also found the courage to ask the blonde out on a date, to which he said yes. The little blonde coconut has also decided he wants to join the police force when he graduates college in six months, to become a forensic scientist there. Honestly, I think he just wants to be closer to Erwin.

Hange has been continuing their experimentations in the lab, with Erwin's say-so of course. They have also gathered the help of their partner Moblit. Who knew they had been dating for three years now. I guess Hange forgot to mention it because of how caught up in their fun experimenting they were.

As for the rest of the team, Gunther, Eld, Oluo and Petra. They're still a part of the police force. Gunther being the head of the IT department, Eld becoming the teams medic, Oluo as the crime analyst and Petra as the lead detective.

Jean and Marco are somewhat a couple. They're kind of in an open relationship at the moment, which is cool. But I doubt it will end well. Jean's always bitching about Marco being with other people, and Marco becomes all sulky when Jean's with another person. I'd give them a few weeks before they finally admit their feelings for each other, or before someone decides to just tell them to get together already.

Historia and Ymir have been staying together in her apartment since Willy got taken care of. Mikasa took the weird chip thing out of her nape to give her and Historia a chance at being happy together, just like she and Annie are trying to do.

Sasha and Connie... well, they're just as weird as before. They're like Yin and Yang because that's how perfect they are for each other. Plus, I doubt they'd find anyone else willing to put up with either of the weird shit they both do.

Isabel has developed a weird and creepy bond with Hange. They're always hanging out and giggling between themselves and honestly, I'm scared of what they're both saying to each other. Isabel has also decided on becoming a veterinarian after the chip had been removed from her and Farlan, which makes sense in a way. Levi used to say she'd always collect poor stray animals from the street in the Underground to try and save them.
