Katsuki's jaw was dropped down to the fucking floor.

"He threw it over seven hundred meters!"

"NICE! He's finally showing us his true power!"

"His finger appears to be broken now. Just like in the exam, his quirk is very odd.."

"It wasn't a very pretty throw.."

Your ears were startled by the sound of small explosions coming from your right. Katsuki ran after Izuku.

"HEY! DEKU YOU BASTARD, TELL ME HOW YOU DID THAT OR YOUR DEAD!"

"AHHHHHHHHH!!!!"

Aizawa caught Katsuki midway of his attack. His binding cloth was stiff and felt like iron pressing into his body.

"What! Why the hell is your damn scarf so strong?!", Katsuki squeezed out.

"Because it's a capture weapon made of carbon fiber and a special metal alloy."

He looked Katsuki in the eye, Aizawa's pupils were red. A sign that his quirk was in use.

"Stand down. It'd be wise to avoid making me use my so much. It gives me serious dry eye."

That must suck, that power in envious.

Once Katsuki calmed down Aizawa's capture weapon let go of him. His hair fell flat and he fixed the scarf around his neck.

"Whoever's next can step up."

Your back ached. Those tests were rough on your physical state, you thanked God it was over. Izuku fell to the floor as everyone walked by.

"Alright, time to give you your results. I ranked you all from best to worse, you should probably have a good idea of where you're standing already."

Aizawa pulled out a remote.

"I'll just pull up the whole list. It's not worth going over each individual score."

The list glowed in the daylight. It was hard to make out where your name was. Fourth place. It was the same with the entrance exam, always right behind Katsuki. Honestly, you were starting to see a pattern. It was getting annoying.

Way in last place was Izuku. Did that mean..?

"And I was lying, no one's going home."

....What?

"That was just a rational deception to make sure you gave it your all in the tests!"

Izuku, Tenya, and the brunette girl all looked so horrified. Especially Izuku. You couldn't blame him, his poor soul thought he was going home. But rational deception your ass, that would be such a heartbreaking experience to go through if it were true.

"I'm surprised the rest of you didn't figure that out. I'm sorry, I guess I probably should've said something."

A female with gravity defying hair in a striking ponytail finally decided to say something about this NOW?

"Ya THINK?", you groaned into your hands.

"That was pretty nerve-wracking, huh?", a male that you soon learned was named Hanta Sero turned to Eijiro.
