The sky was colored in beautiful shades of neon red colors. It was almost breathtaking. But due to the situation you were in, you and your friend weren't able to admire the beauty of nature. You were told to stay in your god damn rooms until someone comes for you.
Your rooms were across from each other on the 4th floor. You were told not to exit thembut like you were gonna listen, so you went to Selena's room and you two alked for a while.
"Aye, do you really think this is not some kind of an expensive prank?" Selena asked.
You gave her a glare. "Look around you, Sherlock! We're literally in a 2D animated world."
"Oh you're right.... So, how do we get back?" She asked.
"Does it look like I know?" You say.
"No. You're as dumb as always."
You jumped on her amd started beating her. She did the same and you two got into a really friendly, life-threatening fight.
Your lovely fight was interrupted by sudden knocking on the door.
"Yes?" Selena asked from beneath you.
The door then opened revealing Eren who, when he saw you, looked confused.
"Emm... What are you two doing." He asked. You were holding your fist tight in the air, trying to punch Selena while sitting on her and she was trying to choke you. Normal stuff.
"This is how we show love and affection." You said. Eren looked confused but then decided to just ignore it.
"Anyway, I got you two your new uniforms. Here you go." He gave you the uniforms and then continued: "By the way, what are you two wearing?"
"Clothes." You said, Selena just rolled her eyes.
"I can see that. Which part of the wall are you from?" Eren continued.
"Santa Monica, LA. Why? Is that even a part?" You said and Selena shushed you by placing a hand on your mouth.... Again.
"HA HA HA, no. We're from district 12." She said.
"That's from the Hunger Games, you dumb fuck!" You whisper-yelled.
"I think they have districts here." She said.
"Yes but they have names. Not numbers."
"Oh then we're from.... We don't really know the name cuz we're dumb, but people there dress like this and it's totally normal. It's called fashion and we certainly have better one than y'all." Selena said proudly and you just nodded.
"Anyway, commander Erwin wants you to join us during dinner. Probably to introduce you to other squad leaders. But first change your clothes. They are not very appropriate. I'll be waiting for you outside." Eren said and exited the room. You two changed your clothes quickly and stepped in front of Eren. He waved his hand to follow him and you did so.
Soon, the three of you were in the dining room.
"Sup, bitches!" You said and everyone turned to you confused and a bit shocked as well. Even Selena didn't wear that bored expression anymore.
"OH MY GOD! IS THAT HANGE ZOI?!" You shouted. Hange looked at you surprised. You ran up to her/them faster than the light and placed her/their hands in yours.
"I had this question just wandering trough my head this whole time. Are you really non-binary, I mean genderqueer or a girl?"
Selena jumped to you and dragged you away from Hange. "She meant to say: It is very nice to finally meet you. We're big fans of your work." Selena fake grinned while you just narrowed your eyebrows.
Hange looked delighted. "You really like my work?!"
"Yes!" You broke out of your friend's grip. "Can you show us your titans?!"
".....OF COURSE! LET'S GO!" She grabbed both of you and dragged you down the staircase. You gave your friend a wink but she looked sad. You both knew what was coming.
When you finally reached the place, where titans were supposed to be, you two looked at the ground sadly while Hange stood there shocked. The titans were dead, their bodies evaporating.
"NOOOOOOO! MY CHILDREN! WHO WOULD DO THIS TO YOU!" Hange started crying and yelling while you two just stood there. Hange's cries were too loud and cought the attention of everyone in the castle, so they came up to you.
"What happened?" one of the leaders asked. He didn't get to introduce himself but you two knew who it was. It was Moblit Berner, the executive officer of the fourth squad of the Survey Corps.
"The titans are dead." Selena said.
"Well I really hoped we could see them in first person." You said and then walked up to Hange. She/they were still screaming. You side-hugged her/them and tried to calm her/them down. It kinda worked but kinda didn't XD.
Anyway, you told her/them to go back to the castle and have some water and she/they listened. Everyone was actually surprised at how easily you cooled her/them down.
*Time skip brought to you by my lazy ass*
"Are you okay now?" You asked Hange.
"Yeah. I guess so...." She/them were still sobbing a little bit.
"It's gonna be okay. You can tell us everything you found out about them." Selena tried to cheer her/them up and it worked. Hange immediately smiled and started talking about all the things she/they know about titans.
"Hange Zoe! It would be nice of you if you let us all first introduce ourselves to our new members, don't you think?" Erwin cut in.
"Oh, yes! Sorry commander!" She/they said and moved aside.
"All right. I'll start. My name is Erwin Smith, the 13th-" "Yeah, yeah, we know." You cut him. "You are Erwin, this is Hange, that over there is Miche, then Moblit, then this is Harold, Rashad, Lauda..." You pointed at each of them as you were saying their names.
"And this little shorty here," you walked up to Levi and side-hugged him, "is Leslie."
"His name is-" Hange tried to say but you cut her.
"His name is Leslie from now on." You say and everyone just glared at you. Levi was just standing there, pissed, not even him knowing how to react.
"She's got guts...." Someone whispered and broke the silence.
"Aaaanywayyyy," you walked up to Eren, "Edward here said we'll be having dinner. So where is it?"
"M-my name is-" he started but you interrupted him: "Darling, if I say your name is Edward, then your name is Edward. Okay?" You said smiling.
"O-okay..."
"So whea's da dinna?"
