And oh lord I'm so sorry for not updating I had really bad headache (I still have headache but it's better now!) the past few days and couldn't sleep properly ^^'

Modern au because I love modern tartali au's :>

It's pretty rare for childe getting sick.
Especially getting a cold since he's from snehznya but it seemed like he got used to the weather of Liyue that he catched a cold when he visited his family.
And now he's laying in bed wrapped in some covers and pillows.
Sneezing the shit outta him and just waiting for his lovely boyfriend to come home again.
He's needy for some cuddles.
Childe still can't believe he catched a cold with visiting his family tho he needs to say that he may should've put some warmer clothes on when he got outside with his little brother to play with him.

And jeez, the whole work which is gonna wait for him when he can work again he doesn't wanna think about it.
Working in a bank does have some advantages and disadvantages.

He sighed, coughing.

'Oh lord have mercy with me'
He sighed again.
Does Zhongli even wanna cuddle with him when he gets home?
I mean Childe is sick and Zhongli did told him he doesn't wanna get sick.

Hours passed by and Childe finally got some rest being cuddled up with an pillow in his arms.

Zhongli did came home in the meantime smirking and giggling at the scene seeing his boyfriend all cuddled up with an pillow.
He went into the kitchen making some tea for himself and his boyfriend and even an soup for him so he can eat something.

'He's probably starving, isnt he?'

He thought.
And with that he put the cup and the bowl onto the nightstand next to their bed and laying his hand on Childes forehead.

'His forehead is glowing as hell'

Zhongli sighed, sitting onto the bed and shaking his head.

"Ajax.."
He tucked some strands of his hair behind his ear, whispering softly.

"I'm back and I made you some soup."

Childe on the other hand just groaned.
Rubbing his eyes and sat up, yawning.

"Xiansheng, I missed you..."
He looked at his boyfriend leaning onto him and his eyes closing again.

"Love, you can rest after you ate something okay? I even made you some tea."

He smiled slightly.
Childe indeed is clingy when he gets sick and Zhongli kinda enjoyed it.

"Here you go Ajax."

Zhongli took the bowl and started to feed Childe and Childe just shaking his head taking the bowl and starts to eat by his own.

The black haired giggling.
Some time later Childe ate all up.

"I hope you feel a little better now.."

The ginger nodded.

"I do, thank you Xiansheng."
He kissed his boyfriends cheek.
Falling into the bed again.

"Come here babe, I want some cuddles."

Childe opened his arms, Zhongli just laughing and shaking his head, falling into his arms and wrapping them around his sick boyfriend.

Zhongli told him about his day and what happened at work and telling him how annoying Hu Tao were at work with all her little pranks.

He just listened and nodded and slowly drifting off again from that soothing voice of his beloved one.

Zhongli smiled to himself.
He thought about how much he actually loved this man.
How much he longed for him and how much he needed him in his life.
He's so grateful to have him, being in his arms right.

"Good night my dear, sleep well and have sweet dreams.."
He kissed his forehead closing his own eyes.
