Zhongli PoV;

Childe told me to meet him at eve, when the sun goes down, at wangsheng funeral parlor.
I don't know why tho.
He didn't said anything else then just meeting him there.
Is it about the contract or...

But why would he meet up that late for it?

I don't get him honestly.

I've already been waiting here for some minutes still thinking about why he would meet up that late with me.

Someone breathing pretty loudly catched my attention then, Childe.
He seemed to be exhausted.

"My apologies, I.. I forgot something."
He tried to catch for some air, still breathing pretty loud.

I nodded.
"It's fine I didn't waited that long."

I just realized that he had an basket with him.

But why does he-

"Soo, can we go now?"

I looked into his ocean blue eyes, still being confused.

"But why tho?
Aren't we gonna talk something about the contract?-"

I got cut off.

"Zhongli Sensei, I didn't asked you to see me that late to talk about the contract, I asked you to see me.. because I wanted to see the stars with you.."
He got all flustered and mumbled the rest of his sentence.
I nodded again.

"I see... well then, we may go now."
So this is what mortals do..

He took my hand and I just went with it.

I still don't know why he got all flustered.
He's the one with more confidence, his whole personality is flirty after all.

We had some little talkings during our small walk.

We got to an huge field with flowers and Childe decided to stay here since the view into the sky were pretty as well.

"By the way, why did you took an basket with you?"

"Isn't it obvious Zhongli Sensei? I wanted to do a little picnic as well. I mean what's stargazing without any drinks and food? I even made you your favourite tea!"

He gave me a cheeky smile.

Childe put a little blanket onto the field with flowers and made himself comfy on it giving me his hand to sit there as well.

I took his hand into mine.

Everytime our hands touches it feels so warm..
I need to admit that I don't want to let go from his hand.

We ate the things Childe prepared I took some sips from my tea.
We chatted a lot until we both laid down and looked up into the sky and admiring the beautiful side.
Not to mention that the moon shines bright tonight as well.

"Hey.. Xiansheng.."

He rarely called me by this name, I got a little suprised about that.

"What is it Ajax?"

"The moon is quite beautiful tonight, right?"

"Yeah indeed."

Childe PoV;

"Yeah indeed."

That's what he said.
He doesn't get it does he?

I kinda sighed.

"Listen, I'm sorry that I asked you to see you this late just to watch the stars with me-"

"Ah it's fine, I enjoy this."

He smiled at me.

"Spending time with you is quite amazing my dear."

He watched into the sky again.

I started to grin turning myself to him.

"Hey Xiansheng?"

He also turned into my way, giving me a confused look.
I just took his hand and pulled him closer to me to kiss him.
To my surprise he kissed back, a soft, warming and innocent kiss.
Nothing more and nothing less.

I broke the kiss after some time and just stared into his beautiful amber coloured eyes.

"You look beautiful Ajax.."

He whispered and I just smirked a little.

"Oh dear Xiansheng, you look even more hands- than usual."

He flushed.
I laughed softly.
I pulled him closer so he can rest his head on my chest.

He sighed lightly.

"Thank you Ajax.."

He whispered softly.

"Anything for you my beloved.."
I kissed his head.

'Anything for you..'
