"Mamaya sisimulan ang videoshoot ng ad. We'll take two for this day," sabi ng isa.

"And then tomorrow ay maaga ang tungo namin sa isang resort..." said the coordinator.

Iyon nga ang napag-usapan. I was already informed about that via email kaya't napaghandaan ko na kahit papaano.

Nagsimula ng magsalita si Miguel Alfonso kaya't nakinig na lang ang lahat. Narinig kong saglit siyang bibisita sa set upang i-check ang place. He sounded so hands on to this project.

The meeting was now adjourned.

"Well, then see you again tomorrow," sabi ng aking katabi kanina.

"Yes... See you," I said.

"I hope we could hang out sometimes..." he said interestingly.

I raised both of my brows. Kalaunan ay ngumiti lang ako.

"I really find you interesting. Hope you won't mind my asking, do you have a... boyfriend?"

Sinundan niya ako sa paglalakad palabas.

Sinagot ko siya ng diretsong sagot. I can see that he's simply hitting on me. But I am simply getting away on that hit because I have no interest at all. I just wanted to work here, that's all. Bonus na lang ang pagkakaroon ng acquaintances. That's fine.

May iilang tumawag sa akin at bumati. Nasa tabi ko pa rin ang lalaki, hindi sumasabay sa daloy ng mga tao palabas ng conference room.

"So saan ka magla-lunch?" he asked.

"In a restaurant."

He chuckled. "I mean where exactly."

"Just nearby. I don't know. Depends on the team."

"Oh... so maybe some other time, then," aniya.
Saglit ko siyang nilingon.

Bago pa kami tuluyang makalabas ay may tumawag sa amin. We had a little conversation with some people who attended the meeting too. Hindi ko na nasagot ang pahapyaw ng lalaking katabi.

"So next time, when are you available?" he asked.

Nagtuloy na kami palabas. Nakasabay niya pa si Ymanuel sa gilid. I saw Ymanuel gave way to him but Hares, the guy insisted that he could go first. I saw a slight frown on Ymanuel's face before he walked out first.

Hanggang sa makalabas ay kinulit ako ni Hares. He's kind of persistent but I'm constantly showing him no interest. I don't wanna show him that I can take his little advances when I'm really not into having relationships nor flings. Kahit hindi man niya diretsong sabihin ay halata pa rin.

"I'm available but not for dates."

Humalakhak siya sa aking sinabi. He sure is good looking and so far seems nice. But he's just not my type at all.

"Sasama ba si Ser Migo sa lunch?" bulong ng nakasabay namin sa isang hallway.

"Ewan. Pero sana sumama siya!"

"So see you again tomorrow. I'll still look forward to hang out with you."

"But not for dates," I clarified.

"You know, I saw one of your interviews. You said you're open for relationships so..."

And now, he's not delivering his motives very subtly but slowly being direct to his point.

"Open for friendships. Not for romantic stuff."

"Oh, alright. So I could be friends with you if that's the case."
