2010.

"Elyra! Where are you?!" i giggled hearing my mom.

"Find me, mom!" i said giggling while hiding behind a tree.

"Hmm. I don't think i can!" my mom said.

"I won't come out if you don't try to find--" i was cut off when someone covered my eyes.

"Guess who?" my mom said and i chuckled then turned around.

"I know it's you, mom. I recognize your voice!" i stated and she chuckled pinching my cheeks.

"Okay, okay. Let's go inside the house first, you're sweating." mom said and i nodded, we started walking towards the house holding each others hands. I stopped and i put my hand to my chest as i felt a huge pain.

"What is it?" my mom asked worriedly as she lowered herself.

"I-it hurts, mom." i said and i fall onto my knees.

"Elyra!" my mom said and quickly lift me up.

She went inside the house while i am groaning in pain, tears started to escape from my eyes as it's too much pain. My mom gently put me down on my bed and removed my shirt, i'm still groaning in pain as it hurts so much but i saw how her eyes widen.

"It's... a scar." my mom said and i glance at her still struggling in pain.

A few days after that day, i didn't come out to play with my friends. I was confused, so confused why i have two scars when i should have only one. But what makes me more confused as a ten year old kid is, why is it round? A round scar in my chest. Days already passed after what happened but another pain hit me again this time it is in my upper abdomen.

"It's another scar..." my mom said.

"Mom.. what's happening to me? Why do i have a lot of scars?" i asked but instead of answering she hugged me.

2011.

At the age of ten, i already have four scars. After the round scar and a bullet scar in my abdomen, another bullet scar appeared but it's in my upper right shoulder.

Eleven years old, i thought i won't have anymore scars but after just my eleventh birthday, i had another scar. My mom never brought me to any doctor as she told me, they might do something bad to me.

Two scars appeared, my left arm looks like it will cut off as i have a scar encircling my left shoulder. While the other one's in my back, looking like a stab one.

2012.

"Mom! W-what's happening?!" i asked as i saw some alien looking guys coming out from a portal in the sky.

"Come on! We need to go!" my mom said dragging me away from our house.

"Mom! Wait!" i said as i nearly slipped, but i felt her hand suddenly let me go as a lot of people passed by us.

"Elyra!" i heard my mom said.

"Mom! Mom!" i called but i fell down as someone bump into me.

"Sorry! Sorry!" a guy said as he helped me up.

"I-it's fine." i said as the crowd are now gone.

"Let's go!" he said and held my hand but i stopped him.

"No! No! I need to find my mom first!" i said.

"We need to go! The building is collapsing!" he said looking at the building behind me.

"No!" i said and let go of his hand.

"Wait!" he said as i started running.

"Mom! Mom!" i called running back towards our house.

"Elyra?! Ely!" my mom shouted as i saw her in our door.

"Wait! Miss!" i heard the guy from earlier called but i still run.

"Mom! I'm here!" i shouted back and she turned around.

"Elyra!" my mom said looking at me.

"Miss! WAIT!" i heard the guy said and our house exploded.

I was thrown away by the impact, i look at our house again but i didn't see my mom. All i can see is fire, the house that is standing earlier is now on fire.

"No! Mom!" i shouted and was about to run when someone stopped me.

"No! Don't!" the guy from earlier said and stopped me from going there.

"My mom's in there! Let m-- AAAAAAH!" i didn't finish what i'm saying as i screamed in pain, i fall onto my knees.

"What is it?!" the guy asked supporting me.

I didn't answer him as i quickly glance at my thigh and saw a scar, i am unable to speak and i just cried. He helped me up while crying and dragged me away.

2013.

"Oi! Elyra!" Liam called and i glance at him.

"Lower your voice. What?" i said and he smiled to me.

It's been a year already, a year since my mother died and met Liam. He's the one who helped me, even though we met to an unexpected situation. The guy i bump into and dragged me away from my burning house.

"You good?" Liam asked and i nodded.

"Yes, why are you here?" i asked.

"Avengers in sokovia." Liam stated and i smirked.

"Let's get to work." i said but i froze as i felt a huge pain on my foot, Liam quickly wrap his arms around my waist to support me.

"You good?" Liam asked and i removed my shoe just to see another scar.

"Another scar.." Liam whispered and i look up to him.

"L-let's go.. i can manage." i said and he nodded.

We slowly went in the tower avoiding all the cameras, as we arrived at Tony Stark's penthouse, i disconnected all the cameras so we can work properly. We copied all of the informations they have about hydra and shield, after that we were about to go when i felt another pain in my nape.

"Ely.. you have another scar.." Liam whispered as he glance at my nape.

"I'm fine. Let's go.." i muttered as i look at him.

"Where do we go after we sent that?" Liam asked.

"Up to you. Definetly not here, new york is a crowded one." i said and he smiled.

"How about Europe?" he asked and i nodded.

"Okay, let's go to Europe." i stated.
