Black Veil/Widow Theory

I think that Black Veil/Widow (Whatever you like to call her) can be Meredith. I'm not saying she surely is Black Veil but there are some theories that I'd like to share with you guys. So here you go!
• We start seeing Black Veil/Black Widow after Meredith strangely disappears, maybe she's looking over Aria and her friends because they broke her up with Byron? Could she be working for -A as Black Widow because she wants to look at Aria without her knowing?
• We all know Meredith was crazy, maybe she loved Byron so much she thought that she was practically married to him, and when she broke up with him she became the Black Widow. When a woman's husband dies, she becomes a widow. Maybe that a hint that Byron will die? Maybe in her crazy mind he is already dead to her so she became a Widow, A Black Widow.
• in 4x02 we see an -A ending where Black Widow is looking at a mirror and her mask is burnt. We all thought that the burn was from the fire at the lodge, but maybe it's from when Meredith was in a fire at the school Marathon... Maybe she still used the same mask.
