Mona's death scene

In the picture above, you can see the person(/people) in Monas house when she died. The top picture is the person we are going in her house, and the pic at the bottom is the person going in to her room. I highlighted the length of the persons in the top picture's hair, and I also added another line that says how much shorter the hair is from the person who walks in Monas room. We see that she would have to cut off a chunk of her hair to have the same length as the person below. I don't think she just cut her hair on the way to her room, so there is only one explanation; there was more than one person in her house at that time.
When I was rewatching the episode, I noticed that when Holbrock announced that Mona was murdered, the camera zoomed into Ali and she had a little smile on her face. I don't think that was because she killed her. We all know she didn't do it because of the new episode 5x22. Now I never thought she actually killed her, even though we all know she can kill after she pushed Ian off the bell tower, however I think she payed someone to kill her. I think CeCe killed Mona and here why:
• Alison gave CeCe her passport so that she could escape, CeCe came back in the Christmas episode but maybe she was there already just to do something for Ali to pay her off for giving her passport to CeCe so she wouldn't be arrested.
• We all know CeCe is capable of murder, she killed Wilden.
• We have all seen her wearing a black hoodie (I guess working for -A) when she was listening to Aria and Ezra talk in his apartment (I forgot the episode)
• CeCe could have used the money as she was on the run to not get caught by the police.
I am pretty sure that CeCe was one of the people in her house but I don't know the other one. If you have any theories on who could be the other person please comment 😘😘😘
