Lucas killed Mona theory

Okay, I know that I make a lot of theories about Mona's death but I have so many I just want to share it with you guys.

We all know that Lucas is scared of Mona. I don't remember which episode but there was a Lanna scene in Lucas's bedroom talking about Mona blackmailing him. Now, we all know that Mona was killed by someone she trusted.
Theory 1:
She blackmailed him into pretending to kill her, she had a hidden camera in her room to show that the murderer had blonde hair when it was actually a wig. He looks surprised for the camera to show that she is shocked to see 'Ali' in her bedroom with a weapon but it was all just for show. However, Lucas had enough of her and took advantage of the moment and actually killed her for all that she's done to him.
Theory 2:
If you read my other theory about there being 2 people in the house you can see that I think one of them was CeCe, what if the second one was Lucas? CeCe hired him because she got the information from Ali that Lucas hates Mona as much as Ali does and hired him to do the dirty work for her. Lucas also took advantage of that because he hated Ali for what she's done to him so he killed two birds with one stone. (Or whatever the saying is)
Theory 3:
Mona hired someone else to 'kill' her but Lucas showed up before that person did and he asked Ali to join him but instead she said that she will make CeCe go. CeCe was out for look out and Lucas did the dirty work before the actual person who Mona hired came by.
