An idea I came up with

A.N.: Both of the character POV's would be happening at the same time, and only the person's POV can hear what anyone is saying in their POV.

(Buzz is freeing Red from Binj during the story climax)

The door suddenly closes, metal wiring and tubes flood the room, moving like snakes.

A wall is formed in between the two, forcing them into one half of the room, separated.

"Do you really want to go back out there?" a voice rings out, feminine and metallic

(Buzz POV)

"Buzz Lipman, Buzz Lipman, the underdog without the comeback, forever in the shadows of other people."

"What the hell do you want with me!"

"Oh, don't be so harsh, Lipman! Let me at least finish first! I think you'll like what I have to say."

"...Fine."

"We here at Binjpipe have made many technological advancements, blurring the line between man and machine more than ever before."

"Just get to the point."

"Impatient are we? I'll just tell you..."

"I can bring Nate back."

"I- ...W-W-What?"

"Confused? I'm sure you are. I mean, we've all been told from the moment we learned what death was, that it was completely irreversible. A one-way ticket, so to speak... Until now"

"..."

"Using the Content we gathered on Nate, we can re-make him exactly how he was."

"..."

"I'm sure you missed him, didn't you? After all, you are family, right?"

"...Where is he?"

"You'll be able to see him soon. But this wouldn't be a fair deal if I didn't get something out of it, right?"

"...Well? What do you want?"

"Join us! That simple."

"But..."

"If anything, this is more of a second perk! Not only do you get access to all of the vast Binjpipe library of Content, your own living quarters, free food, AND Nate all along with it! It's a Win-Win!"

"No."

"Excuse me?"

"No, this is wrong. Nate's dead, and I'm ok with that now. And I think it is really screwed up that you would play with a grieving person's head like that. And Nate would agree too. If it was the real Nate, he would never let me do this."

"Suit yourself..."

"SHAPIRO.EXE HAS BEEN DELETED." A more robotic, automated voice says over the room's speaker.

I tense up. She wasn't lying. My thoughts flood my head.

I did the right thing. I did the right thing. I did the right thing-

You killed him again. You could have seen him again and you killed him-

IDidTheRightThingIDidTheRightThingIDidTheRightThingIDidTheRightThing I-

(RED's POV)

"The host of Trivia Murder Party, with so many fake names, even I am not sure what the real one is! Your friends call you Red, correct? Off of the word REDACTED?"

"Don't call me that."

"What do you wish I called you?"

"Anything but Red. I don't trust you with that name."

"How about the fake name from your first game? Spencer Ham."

"How did you kn-"

"I know much about you, Spencer! Especially because you keep talking about your personal life to your contestants during your many games."

"Knew that would bite me in the ass one day..."

"Oh, no no no! This is a good thing! I think you will think so too! Just hear me out."

"I'm listening"

"I want to make a deal with you."

"And that would be?"

"I'll just get to the point..."

"I can bring your parents back, and they can be happy together too."

"...What?"

"No, your ears did not fool you, Spencer. I can bring them back. And they will love to see you again, I'm sure."

"That isn't how life w-"

"It is here, Spencer! Because of you, we have enough info on your mom and dad that we can bring them back, healthier and happier than ever before! No more fighting, no more hate."

"...There's a catch. There has to be."

"Smart as always, Spencer. But it's less of a catch, after all, it wouldn't be a fair deal if I didn't get anything out of it! And it's not that bad on your end either way!"

"Spit it out."

"Simple: Join us! The pay's good, and there are a lot more perks to it than you might think! We could protect you from the police, and with the paycheck, you can finally stop being on the run. You've been hiding your whole life, don't you think it would be nice to settle down?"

"This is wrong, and we both know it, Binj. If you truly had all info on me, you wouldn't have even done this. I would never choose my parents, in which one of them I only remember as a burning memory, over my friends, who have been by my side through hell and back. So as my uncle once said: Go die in a ditch, you cheating slut!"

"Suit yourself!"

"MOM.EXE HAS BEEN DELETED."

"DAD.EXE HAS BEEN DELETED."

"See you in hell, bitchpipe!"

(Third Person POV)

The wall of metal tubes and wires retreats into the walls and floor, and the door opens with a loud clank.

"Are you feeling alright, Buzz?"

"No, but I will be once this is all over. Binj should be approaching the group now. We should join them."

(A.N. I came up with this idea after I had already given up on HTCC, but it was too good of an idea to not write! Hope you enjoyed it! The next chapter will probably be the last one. It'll be the bullet list thing explaining the full plot I had planned.)
