Synopsis: On a fateful mission gone wrong, Auror Draco Malfoy gets maulted by a werewolf in an attempt to save his partner's life. When they rush him into St. Mungo's, the only healer Harry Potter will trust near his partner is his best friend, Hermione Granger, the head of the trauma ward.

Excerpt: When Hermione turned after reaching the wall, she ran face-first into Malfoy. When had he even gotten behind me? She tried to take a step back, but his hands came up to grasp her upper arms, holding her against him. He was taking deep breath's again, a low rumbling reverberating from his chest.
"Malfoy," she warned, despite her own racing heart.
"Just give me a minute," he bit out, his fingers tightening around her arms.

My thoughts: Love love love love love love love love love love love it. Cute story and such a quick read. It's not very well known though which is surprising because I feel the author really hit the ball out of the park with this story. The plot is just so beautifully written and had a very strong base of a story if that makes sense. The characters are out of this world, and I liked the inclusion of the marauders, which I will not give up how they do that. It's light-hearted, minimum smut if I remember right, but there is so much angst between Draco and Hermione. All in all, this story will now hold a place in my heart until the end of my days, and I an quite literally not even joking about that. so go read it! (the image i placed is not for this story but it just reminded me of one scene in the story so had to put it!)
