Hermione," Ron asked. "Have you gone mental? Because it looks like you were just sitting there having a conversation with him instead of hexing his fucking face off."
"Actually, I was indeed having a conversation with him."
"Did you at least poison his drink, then?"
"Yes. But don't tell him when he comes back. The death is going to be painful and exceptionally messy."

Thoughts: my favorite famfic ever. Easily in my top 3. I loved this story so much and thought it was just so beautifully written. I love Hermione and Dracos relationship and how it grew from something so simple as curiosity on both of their parts. it didnt feel forced and out of character because we were years in the future and the way the characters acted felt normal. hermione getting involved because she was curious and draco noticing her olive branch at sorts amd ignoring it at first before curiousity got the best of him as well. The banter between them is also just so bizarrely interesting. I dont know, i just love the easy flow of conversation and how they dont have to say a lot to express themselves. I love everything about them and i think it was a beautiful representation of a natural incline from strangers to lovers. It was just beautiful.
