~My brother~

Malhotras reached home and had dinner as the servants had already made dinner.

Ronit and Rohini went in room saying they are tired.Manik went near Mukti "Chal"Manik said."where do u wanna go bhai?"Mukti asked him.

He just pulled her with him and went to kitchen.He made her sit on the high chair."Just sit here for sometime,dont ask any question."Mukti nodded quietly and sat.

Manik went and prepared popcorns and took some drinks from the fridge.He went towards Mukti and said her to follow him.Mukti quietly followed him and they went to theater room.

Manik switched on the theatre and asked her which movie.She answered and he on the movie.He sat beside her."I know my baby sister will get bore,so some bro-sis time."

Mukti smiled widely hearing him and hugged him tightly.He chuckled at her and wrapped his hands tightly at her.

"My brother is the best."Mukti said and kissed his cheek."Anything for my babydoll."Manik said this and smiled.

They continued watching movie with lots of teasing,laughing,chatting and running here abd there chasing each other.

Finally after sometime Manik found her sleeping."Such a cute baby u r Mukti,stay like this always smiling.I love u."He thought to himself and picked her up.He made her lie on her bed and covered her with blanket.Last time kissing her forehead he went to his room.

Nandini went to her room after Abhi saying her to wait.She went and sat in her balcony.After sometime Abhi came there and sat beside her.He passed her the coffee cup and Nandini smiled.

"Hmm so bta kya hua?"Abhi asked her.She sighed and hugged Abhi while Abhi hugged her back.

"Nothing bhai,I just dont know how will I live without u guys."Nandini said this with some tears in her eyes.

Abhi eyes got moist but he compised himself and patted her head."Princess this is the rule of universe.Every girl has to go some or other day to her new house.And u also have to follow that.I know u will miss us but we will also miss u and Manik will let u come here I know if he doesn't I m gonna beat him till blue n black."Nandini chuckled slightly.

"And u can come here whenever u want,so what if u will stay 5 lanes away from us u will get us near u whenever u will need.We will still take time and once in a month we will go to beach and have ice-cream.We will live like daily but the difference will be u will have a new family and that's good na.Right?"

"Hmm..Right. Thank u bhai."Nandini said smiling."Tu mujhe thank u bolegi."Nandini smiled sheepishly at him."sorry"

Abhi smiled and kissed her forehead.She kissed his cheek and went to sleep.Abhi pucked up the coffee cups and kept it in the kitchen.

Next Morning:

Everyone was having breakfast when Ishita received a call.It was from Rohini.

"Hello Ishitaji."Rohini called her over phone.

"Ji Rohiniji namaste."Ishita also greeted her while Nandini looked at Ishita and her phone.

"Ji mai soch rahi thi ki parso roka hai to kyu na mai Nandini ko leke shopping chali jau,uska lehenga Roke ka aur Engagement ka dono le lenge aur jwellery bhi le lenge aur mujhe meri beti ke time bhi mil jayega."Rohini said and waited for her answer.

"Ji bilkul mai Nandini se baat krti hu,"She kept the phone on hold.

"Nandini Rohini ji shopping ke kiye puch rahi hai.Kya kahu?"

"Mom tell her we will go in afternoon as I will be busy on the new project till afternoon."

Ishita nodded."Ji Rohini ji Nandini keh rahi hai ki dopahar mai chalenge,use subah office mai kaam hai."

"Ji thik hai use kehdijiye Neeta Narula ke boutique aa jaye mai vahi rahungi."

"Ji ji chaliye bye."

"Bye"

"Nandu unhone kaha hai dopahar mai Neeta Narula ke boutique chali aana vo vahi rahengi."Ishita informed Nandini."ji mom."

With this everyone got up from the breakfast table and went to their works.Nandini went to Malhotra industrie as she she had to discuss some imporatant points about the project on which she and Manik are working.

Nandini entered inside Malhotra Industry and the receptionist greeted her.She greeted her back.
As everyone knows Murthy's are working with Malhotra's so no one stopped Nandini.

Nandini entered the floor and reached to Manik's cabin.She without knocking went in and saw Manik was with some clients.Manik saw her abd the clients looked at her weirdly.Manik chuckled at her as she looked down in embarresment.

"Hello miss.Murthy,u can sit on the couch.I will catch up with u in some minutes."

She nodded at him and went towards the couch.Not to embarres herself more by looking at them she started to read the file.

After the clients went Manik came abd sat near Nandini but Nandini was lost in reading file that she didnt notice his presence near her.

"Hello miss.Murthy."Manik said going close to her ear.She got startled but soon relaxed and greeted him.

"Hello mr.Malhotra,umm actually I needed to discuss some things regarding the place as we have to invest in the place so we need to check once the place is okay or not.Please nessage me once u r free to visit the place.Bye."

Saying this she was going to get up from her place but was pulled back by Manik."jaan u dont need to get embarass atleast not infront of me u can come anytime u want without knocking as it us ur office.And from next time if someone will be also there and if u come I will personally explain them ur importance in my life.They will not look at u weirdly."

Nandini looked down and hugged him smilingly."I know but I should also have knocked first."

"No u dont need to u can come anytime.Ok?"

"Ok.Acchha listen lets just finish the work I have to go to Mom,she is waiting."

"Which mom?"Manik asked.

"Arey ur mom,she is waiting for me for shopping."

"But how will u shop,u to dont shop without me."

"That's the problem na Mani how will I shop?But I cannot make mom wait and also cannot tell her No."

"Problem..problem.."

"Cant u come Mani."Nandini asked him hopefully.

"I would have love to jaan but I cannot come I have lots of work and I need to finish all before the Roka."Manik finished sighing.

Nandini sighed and said with a sad face."Its okay I will somehow manage this time"

Manik felt bad seeing her sad but he cannot do anything as he had to complete the work.

He kissed her cheek."Dont worry,I know u will manage."

She smiled faintly and 'hummed' in response.

They both completed their work and Nandini left for shopping with a sad face.
