"Arey bhai Rohini jara dekho to kaun aaya hai."Ronit shouted from the living room and Rohini came from kitchen adjusting her saree.

"Arey Ishita aao na vaha kyun khade ho."Rohini greeted and welcomed them with a warm smile and Murthy's too smiled.

All settled in the living room and Rohini instructed the servants to bring refreshments.

"Nandini kaha hai?Voh kahi dikhai nhi de rahi."Raman asked and Rohini answered "vo apne kamre mai aaram kr rhi hai.Manik bahar gaya hai abhi ata hi hoga."

"Arey bhai Mary jara Nandini madam ko bulana"Rohini instructed and the servant nodding her head went up to call Nandini.

Manik and Mukti came from the door when they saw Murthy's sitting there.They smiled and both touched the feets of Raman-Ishita and hugged Abhi.

"I'll just go and change and mai Nandini ko bhi le aaunga."Manik said and everyone nodded at him.

Manik got up and reached near stairs when he saw Nandini coming down running.

"Nandinii."He shouted when he saw she has slipped one stair.He ran and caught her.Everyone looked at them startled.

Nandini had closed her eyes in fear but when she saw someone has caught her she opened her eyes and saw Manik's scared voice.

"Don't u understand u should not run like this.Gir jaati to.Khair tumhe kya farak padta hai humesha yahi krti ho kitni baar mana kiya hai.Pata nahi kaise ek acchhi maa ban paogi."Manik shouted on her and made her stand.

Nandini widened her eyes and her eyes automatically became teary.First Manik has never shouted on her infront of everyone and second he doubted whether she would be a better mother.

Manik carefully took her down and everyone smiled at his care.But in this no one noticed Nandini's tears.All decided not to interfere as it is their matter.

"Nandu bacchha tumhe dhyaan rkhna chahiye na aise koi krta hai kya.Acchha hua Manik aaya."Ishita scolded her lightly but patted her head too.

They all sat and were chit-chatting but Nandini was all the time zoned out.Mukti had to call and shake her 2-3 times to bring her to the world.

Manik went to his room to change when Raman asked "Nandu bacchha tu thik hai na?"

Nandini looked at him and her eyes again got teary.She looked at Raman and Ishita "mujhe aap logo ke saath aana hai."Nandini whispered and looked at Rohini who blinked her eyes at her smiling giving her permission.

She looked up to see Manik standing with the support of railing talking to someone on the phone with a file in his hand.

Murthy's were happy to take Nandini with them and soon it was time for them to leave.So Nandini too got up and Rohini carassed her hair."Apna khayal rkhna aur haa mai roz call krungi tune breakfast,lunch aur dinner kiya ki nahi ye dekhne ke liye."

Nandini smiled and nodded her head and wishing Ronit and Mukti she once looked at Manik who was still busy.She sighed and said "Maa Manik ko bta dena ki mai mom-dad ke saath jaa rahi hu."

Rohini nodded and soon Murthy's with Nandini left.Rohini went in kitchen and Ronit went to his room whereas Mukti sat in the living room itself.

After sometime Manik came and asked "gaye kya sablog?"Mukti nodded and Manik again asked "aur Nandini kaha hai vo upar to nahi aayi."

Mukti sighed and said "Bhabhi apne ghar gayi.Abhi ke saath."Manik immediately sat straight and asked "arey pr kyun.Vo yaha bhi reh skti hai."

Mukti sighed "bhai aapko pta hai aapne thodi der pehle bhabhi se kaise baat ki aur kya baat ki?"Mukti asked and Manik thought for a minute.

"Arey haa baba pta hai maine daanta use pr usme itni kya badi baat ho gayi."Manik shrugged and Mukti glared at him.

"Bhai aapne unse pucha ki kya vo ek acchhi maa ban paayengi?"Mukti gave some brain to him and Manik widened his eyes.

"Oh shit Mukku mera vo matlab nahi tha."Manik explained and Mukti breathed."Bhai aapne ek hone vali maa se pucha hai ki kya vo ek acchhi maa ban payengi.Aapko pta hai ek ldki ke liye maa banana is the most precious thing aur apne uske baareme unse aisa sawaal kiya.Aur upar se vo pregnant hai unke mood swings aap jaante hai."

Manik looked down in guilt and said "No mukku mai jaanta hu but maine jaan bhujke nahi bola."

Mukti smiled and said "mai jaanti hu bhai aur bhabhi bhi jaan lengi bas aapko unhe manana hoga."Manik smiled and was determined to bring Nandini back.

He smiled and directly taking his car keys ran towards his car.He went to Murthy Mansion and was greeted by Kaka.He smiled at him and enquired about others and got to know all were resting in their rooms.

He ran towards Nandini's room and opened the knob only to see the scene that would break his heart.Nandini was sitting in a corner hugging her kness hiding her face and weeping.Her hairs were all messed up and her sindoor was spread on her head.

Manik looked down guiltfully and sighed.He knew Nandini would not be okay this easily so he closed the door and came down and called his PA to arrange some things.

Manik smiled to himself thinking about Nandini's reaction and then went away to see the preparations.He went to mall and selected a beautiful dress for her and smiled thinking Nandini in that dress.

He called Ishita and informed about the medicines he has sent with a servant which are to be given in evening.He also informed to give her pomogranate with some salt sprinkled over it before taking the medicine and also about his night date.

Ishita smiled at his care and shaking her head said him okay.

Manik quickly took the dress and asked Abhi to keep the dress and accessories in Nandini's room at night when she will not be in the room.

He went to check the preparations and smiled seeing everything perfect.
