"Nandini which of these should I wear?"Manik asked coming from the closet to their room taking his clothes for the roka and engagement function.Nandini smiled and told him one of them.Manik began changing in the room itself to tease Nandini.Nandini chided him saying "Manik jao closet mai jakar pehno kapde yaha Naisha hai."Manik laughed and said "common jaan sidha sidha kehdo na tumse control nahi hota Naisha ka bahana kyu bana rhi ho."

Nandini gave him a tight-lipped smile and said "Abhi chup chap jao varna mai Aryaman ko apna dance partner bana lungi."Nandini threatened him and he made a scared face.He immediately ran inside the closet and came out changing.Nandini had already made Naisha ready and was waiting for Manik to hold Naisha so that she can change and get ready.

Manik held her hand and gave her a box.She smiled and went in closet to get ready.She quickly wore her outfit and opened the box to see a beautiful pair of earrings.She smiled and wore it blushing.She came out and saw Manik making faces looking at Naisha to make her laugh.Nandini smiled and went to dressing table and made her hair.Manik looked at her and smiled.Nandini blushed when she found Manik looking at her intently.She blushed and looked down.

Manik picked up Naisha and went towards Nandini."Aaj raat ko nahi chodenge madam hum aapko." He whispered bending down till her ears and Nandini blushed."Aaye haaye kya blush hai shaadi ke dhai saal baad bhi tum blush krti ho."Manik teased her and bite her earlobe still holding Naisha in his hands who was looking at her parents as if they are aliens.

"Shut up Manik raat ka raat ko dekhlenge.Abhi chalo."Nandini said slapping his chest and left while Manik ruffled his hair smiling like a fool and then looked up."Arghhh mere baal mai bhi na."He said complaining to Nandini's Aiyappa as he ruined his own hairstyle.Naisha giggled looking at him and he smiled.

He came down to see Nandini running here n there.He sighed knowing they both had lots of work,afterall they were brother and sister in law of both the bride's and sister and brother in law from groom's side.He gave Naisha to Neha as he had to see the catering side.He went and saw all the arrangements were done properly.Ohh how much he missed Cabir.In every function Cabir used to see all these catering and other works but today he was the groom and he was free.Just then Manik saw Navya and Abhi with Raman and Ishita entering through the main gate.He rushed towards them and touched feet of Raman and Ishita and gave quick hugs to Navya and Abhi.

"My babydoll is looking cute."Manik spoke and pulling Navya's cheeks and she smiled."Even u r looking handsome bhai."She said and Manik smiled.He led them to their seats and soon Mukti and Cabir joined them.The function started and Nyonika came and did the tilak of Abhi and blessed him with gifts.Iahita came and putting a red chunri on her head blessed her with the gifts.

Same was done by Cabir's mom to Navya and Ishita came for Navya.Navya became emotional while thinking of her parents and her eyes became moist.Cabir squeezed her hand and Manik sighed in relief that his both little sisters have got the perfect life partner.Nandini side hugged Navya after the Roka ceremony as she knew her bestie needed someone.

Soon the Roka function was over and it was time for engagement.Nandini brought the ring from Abhi's side and Manik brought it from Mukti's side.Same Manik brought it from Navya's side and Nandini brought it from Cabir's side as Cabir had no sister.Dhruv,Alya,Aryaman and Neha were busy attending the guests.Soon the engagement ceremony was done and Nandini gave Naisha to Rohini and came on the stage.

Atlast both laughed and hugged each other while there was a big round of applause for them.And then all had a group hug and pulled the bride's and groom's in the hug.Everyone in the hall admired their friendship.Soon Manik and Nandini led the guests towards the dinner and Manik side hugged Nandini.

"Kya naachi meri jaan."Manik complimented and Nandini smiled."Tum bhi."She said and Manik smiled and kissed her cheek and Nandini widened her eyes."Manik kya tum bhi."She said and hit his chest and Manik laughed."Arey kya kya apni biwi se pyaar kr rha hu."Manik said and Nandini smiled."Tumhara kuch nahi ho sakta pagal."Nandini muttered and walked away slightly hitting his head and Manik shouted "Tumhare pyaar mai."Nandini looked back and glared him while all the guests laughed there and the girls were burning in jealousy.

Nandini took Naisha and went to her room to feed her and soon came down and again got busy in attending the guests and other works and Manik was roaming behind her like a love sick puppy.
