It was all silent.Manik was silent.How can his buddy do something like that?Dhruv was never this,he thought.Cabir,Mukti,Alya had no other choice rather than accepting the reality.They never knew one day their childhood friendship would break like this.Alya was in no mood to talk to Dhruv when reached home.She was all disappointed and upset,hurt and what not with Dhruv's behaviour.But Dhruv,he never regretted it.He just went and sat dong his work.

All left Malhotra Mansion as they knew Nandini will handle Manik.Manik went to the jam room where they 5 used to jam.Though they were not professionals but they used to sing for family.Manik touched Dhruv's guitar and tears fell from his eyes.It was not easy for him,his childhood best friend and his brother today accused him and his jaan of something which they have never done.He couldn't believe it.What was incomplete?Where he failed to keep him happy?All these thoughts were running in his mind and he fell on his knees with a thud.

Nandini who was watching all this from outside ran in and sat infront of Manik.She cupped his face and kissed his forehead."Sshh Mani I m with u.See ur jaan is with u."She said and Manik hugged her tight,as possible as he could.Nandini could feel his pain through his tears.She had seen him breaking down only infront of her whenever something would happen and she could feel his pain.

Manik cried hugging her and after sometime somehow Nandini made him and stop and Manik kept his head on her lap.Nandini wiped her tears looking side ways and looked at Manik,who looked pale and tired."I tried Nandini I tried a lot,but he didn't understand.He never looked at my efforts.Maine kya nahi kiya Nandini?Vo sab kiya jo ek bhai apne sage bhai ke liye bhi nahi krta.Kya karu mai use samjhane ke liye.But no no I m not gonna look back,usne tumhe itna sabkuch kaha aur maine kya kiya mai bas sunta raha.But not now,bas ho gaya.VonAlya ka husband hai isliye I m quite.But agar iske baad usne kuch kiya na I swear I m gonna make his life hell.Aur tum mujhe rokogi nahi."Manik said and hugged her stomach sniffing.

Nandini chuckled and carrassed his hair."Nai rokungi.Ab chale room mai tumhari princess akeli so rahi hai."Nandini said and Manik immediately got up and picked up Nandini in bridal style while Nandini smiled as she was used to this.Manik entered the room and Nandini locked the door.Nandini knew he is not fully ok but she also knew if he had said those words then he will not against his decision.Manik kept Nandini on bed and kissed her forehead.He made Naisha sleep on his one side and took Nandini on his other side.And soon all were asleep after the whole tiring day.Manik had wrapped his protective arms around his both most precious possessions.He will always protect them.

Next Morning:
All were there for breakfast to see Manik and comfort him but Dhruv was not there nor Alya.Manik acted as if nothing happened but everyone knew deep down he was hurt."Maa Papa aaj Naishu ko vaccine dene lene jaana hai to mai aaj jldi aa jaunga aur fir hum dinner bahar krenge."Manik said and both Rohini,Ronit agreed with him.Manik finished his breakfast and getting up kissed Nandini's head and bidding bye to everyone and also giving a peck on Naisha's cheek went to office with Ronit.

Nandini gave Naisha to everyone as they wanted to play with her and went in kitchen to Rohini to help her.Soon kitchen work was over and Nandini came out and sat with all."Manik kaisa hai Nandini?"Cabir asked and Nandini sighed."Thik hai Cabir tum to jaante ho na use vo kaisa hai apna dard sabse chupayega."

"Sabse chupayega lekin aapko batayega na Bhabhi."Mukti said smiling and Nandini too smiled back."Mujhe usne share kiya and I know mai mere purane Manik ko vapas leke aaungi."Nandini said determined and all smiled."Acha doll mai aur Arya jaa rhe hai aur Muku baby tumhe aur Neha ko driver drop kr dega ok."Abhi informed and Mukti,Nandini hugged him bidding bye.Soon Cabir too left with Navya and Nandini took Naisha with her to sleep.Nandini was sitting on the bed after making Naisha sleep and was thinking something and like this she too slept.

At evening Manik came and greeting Rohini went to his room.He saw Nandini sleeping in sitting position and Naisha laying beside her playing on her own by throwing her hands and legs in air.Manik smiled to the fullest and went near her.He took the sanitizer on his hands and picked up Naisha."My Nia baby is playing and is not disturbing mumma.Good girl pr baby mumma to aisi hi so gayi na ab kya kare?"Manik spoke and acted like thinking and Naisha giggled loud thinking he is playing with her.Manik smiled listening her giggles and kissed her face.

He kept Naisha back and surrounded her with pillows.He took his towel and went to freshnup.He came back and saw Nandini still sleeping.He frowned but chucked it thinking she is tired and went to wake her up."Jaan Nandu utho baby we need to go."He shook her and Nandini got up with jerk."Relax it's me."Manik said seeing her scared and Nandini nodded.

"Chlo utho get up we need to go."Manik said and Nandini remembered."O yaa I totally forgot.Just give me 10mins I will come."Nandini said in a hurry and Manik held her hand."No need to hurry I will wait."He said and Nandini smiled.

Soon they went to hospital and got Naisha vaccinated but came with a crying Naisha in their arms."Are beta kuch nahi hota aisa hota hai isse fever bhi aa sakta hai pr chinta ki koi baat nahi it's normal.Ok?"Rohini said after seeing the two over protective parents panicking and they eventually calmed down but we're still tensed."It's okay Manik to isse bhi jyaada roya tha."Ronit said and everyone giggled while Manik made a bad face.
