We couldn't find any information about Donya Madani, and things began to go downhill when Walker and Hoskins came strutting up to us, "Karli Morgenthau is too dangerous for you guys to be doing this," Walker said pridefully. "Ah, how did you find us now?" I asked with sarcasm. They seemed to be inserting themselves into any situation they could, and the sight of Walker made me angry. I looked at Sadie and saw that she was feeling the same way, and her green eyes were full of fury. "Come on, you think three Avengers can walk around Latvia without drawing any attention?" Hoskins asked. "No more keeping us in the dark. You could start by telling us why you broke him out of prison," he gestured to Zemo who was standing there awkwardly. "He did that himself, technically," Sadie replied through gritted teeth. I had never seen her this angry before. She shoved her hand into her jacket pocket, and I held her remaining hand with my metal one. "This had better be an unbelievable expl-" "I know where Karli is," Zemo quickly told Walker. "Well, where?" asked Walker. "A memorial, someone close to her has died. We're going to intercept her there," Sadie told him with utter frustration. I gently stroked her hand to calm her down, it made me sad that this was affecting her so badly. "Alright, good. We can take her by surprise," he said nodding. "No, I'm talking to her alone. I'm not losing her again," Sam rejected his plan. "Sam, you walk in there cold, she could kill you," Hoskins warned. "You're gonna let him do this?" Walker asked me. "He's dealt with worse," I said. "This isn't going to work," he said pessimistically.
That was when I saw a fuse go off in my wife's head. "Hey! Just because you're under the title of Captain America, it doesn't mean that you're the only one with a plan! Steve heard all our potential solutions and didn't make it all about him! You're not honoring him by being a narcissist!" she yelled. After her rant, she did something unforeseen, she slapped him square across the face. Sam and I stared at her in surprise, I mean, I had seen her fight before in battle, but that was nothing compared to the fury she had at that moment. Sam was trying his hardest not to laugh, but I looked at her with love. She had expressed what we were all feeling at that moment. "I love you," I told her with a proud smile. Her green eyes lit up, and she blew a kiss in my direction. Sam patted her on the back, "That was awesome! You did what all of us were wanting to do!" "You're welcome," she bowed with humor. Her quirkiness made me smile, and I came up to her and kissed her. "You know, I fall more in love with you every day, and today was one of those days," I touched her face. Her skin turned red with bashfulness, "Awww, thanks Bucky. I love you," we shared one last kiss before we set our plan in motion.
