Going undercover for a bit was strategic, some of them trusted me, others not very much. I didn't mind it because I had to surpass with the plan. The chopper started to land, while dust blew around. The team stood down there, while three other people as well. One man had two guys on each side of him. That must of been Hoffman. He looked like a typical Sargent, I could tell his characteristics. He seemed grouchy and didn't want to be here in the first place.

He kept a quick pace in his walking. He crossed his arms when the chopper landed.
Marcas jumped out first, while the rest of us followed. Hoffman scrunched his nose then poked Marcas in the chest.

"You. A traitor like you doesn't deserve to wear the uniform." He said with a gravelly voice.

Marcas smirked and looked at the team in the background. They helped each other out of the busted up chopper. Their chopper must of gotten attacked.

"Seems like you need all the help you can get."

"Not if you bring along soldiers that can only do half of the job. She isn't even wearing a uniform, nor a vest for bullets."

"They won't shoot me." I piped up to Hoffman's statement.

"What makes you think that?" He questions me.

I walked up to Marcas and stood next to him. "Where are we going with this, Hoffman?" I challenged him.

"Step aside." He says, making both Marcas and I move. The Lieutenant that was on the chopper walked past us.

"Lieutenant, I've got good news."He says encouragingly.

I rolled my eyes, then noticed Marcas look at me.

"We have a plan to end this war, once and for all." Hoffman continued, turning his back on Marcas, Dom, and I.

"Yeah right." I mumbled under my breath.

"Just lay low, I have a feeling that things are gonna get bad." Marcas suggests to me. This time he was actually nice and it surprised me.

I gave him a brief nod.

I placed two fingers  on my right temple. I closed my eyes for a moment and started to communicate.

'Things are getting closer then I have thought. Don't engage until I find out the plan.' I spoke in my mind.

'Too late, they're already here.' Mother answered.

Suddenly my communication was interrupted by someone patted me on the back.

"You have a headache or something?" Dom questioned, and I snapped back to reality.

"I've had one since I have got here, I'll be fine though-" I answered.

I turned my heel to join the others, until I bumped into a guy. It felt like running into a concrete wall or a pillar.

"Ow, watch it-" I was interrupted by something that splashed onto my face. Then gunfire started to go off. The body suddenly fell onto me, in a lifeless way. I was shocked to feel what was on my face. It was a crimson colour. I felt the wind get knocked out of me, due to this guy's armour.

I used all of my strength to push the body off of me. I wiped my face with my sleeve and felt someone put their arms under my arms and dragged me back, behind the flood bags.

"Locust!" Marcas yelled.

I sat next to Cyclone, Marcas, and Hoffman. I kept my head down while Hoffman started to rant.

"We now have a Lightmass bomb, I'll take all these bastards out with one shot." Hoffman yelled, making me cringe.

"No you can't, lets be real here. That bomb isn't gonna work!" I yelled over the gunfire that was happening.

"Shut up, I was gonna finish my sentence. The bomb won't work without the targeting data, that's why we need the resonator. It'll map their tunnels, so we can hit those son of a bitches where they live!" My blood boiled when he said that.

'They are planing to bomb the Hallow.' I started up the communication once again.

'Don't be afraid or worried about the Hallow. Their bomb can only take out so much. The Hallow is much deeper then they think, stay safe, Ronin.' She responded.

'I will-'

I was jabbed in the ribs.

"WHAT?!" I yelled, making the crows fly out of the nearest tree.

"Focus on killing the Locust." Marcas suggested.

Cyclone took out both of his twin blades and deflected many of the bullets.  He did a spin when two of the Locust soldiers tried shooting him with a shot gun. Cyclone turned around in a second.

In a split second, Scarlett leaped over where we took cover and sliced the Locust's throats from behind them. Cyclone gave her a nod as a thank you.

The gunfire started to pick up, and was directed at Scarlett. Scarlett ducked and then leaped over a bench in the courtyard. She took cover behind the bench. Cyclone started to deflect the bullets once again, while he ran towards the two Locust, that were on the steps.

Cyclone did a spin, both of his blades attached together, then decapitated two Locust. Little electric sparks hovered around Cyclone's blades. The gunfire was suddenly directed at Cyclone. He took cover behind the railing of the staircase. Silent-Blade started tossing a bunch of knives at the Locust that was about to round the same corner as Cyclone. A blade stood upwards in the middle of a Locust solider's forehead. Another Locust sneaked behind Silent-Blade. She swiftly did a spin, taking her blade out. She used the sheath of her sword to chop the Locust in the throat. Then she sliced through it, black coloured blood splashed onto the old fountain. The Locust fell to it's knees. Silent Blade made quick work of the Locust. She kicked it in the back, making it slump onto the ground in a lifeless way.

Out of nowhere, I saw a Locust on the Balcony of the building raise it's head and align the scope with Silent-Blade. I shot my hand gun at that sniper. The bullet split the scope and hit the Locust sniper in the eye. The gun fell and the body was tossed over the balcony rail.

Breanne hid in the chopper and shot from the sidelines with her bow. A bullet missed her by an inch. I noticed a small blood splatter on her shoulder. I hoped it wasn't hers...

"Marcas, get Bree to take safety, both her and Elizabeth are still in the chopper." I told Marcas. He looked back then peaked over the bags.

"Come on, I don't have all day! I'll cover you, hurry the hell back." I gave Marcas a little shove. He gave me a nod while I covered for him. I shot at the Locust. The changed the magazine when I was out. There was a sudden explosion that was close to me. My ears started to ring, while Hoffman was talking with the male lieutenant.

"We've lost contact with Alpha Squad, last transmission was from Embry Sqare." There was suddenly another explosion.

"Now I am pissed." I growled and started to shoot at the Locust once again.

I placed my pointer finger and my middle finger against my temple and started a communication.

This time it was towards the Locust.

'Fall back, that is an order. Unless you want to sacrifice yourself for nothing. Or maybe you should of brought something a bit bigger to take this squad out.'

'As you wish.' One of them communicated back.

They started to retreat to the back of the building.

"Is that all the fight you guys got? Sheesh, cowards... I was getting the fun started!" Scarlett yelled, making us laugh.

"Agreed, that was a quick fight." Cyclone admits, he dragged his twin blades against the sheath, cleaning off the crimson. Scarlett reloads her hand guns.
