Announcer:"Presenting the New kings Son and next heir to the thrown-Prince Dereck Jeffery Sheller "

The golden encrusted double doors swing open in front of me as I smile to all of the frightened court members As they watch me swim in in fear While others in anger

I see my Father standing over what will be my throne as I make my way to him and bow

"Father"I say respectfully

He nods as I turn to face the court all kept under by new guards

I sit on my throne that King Zannder once sat before we took over his kingdom and locked him up with the Queen

My fathers clears his throat as he prepares to make an announcement to the court

"I have called you all here by force for an update of the future of this kingdom.As you all know,Your King and Queen are under lock and key,while your so called heir Merina has fled and abandoned you all with her Brothers"He smiles

The crowd of noblemen,noblewoman,And other council members as-well as the rest of the royal court stare at me and my father with wide eyes,those who did not fear us were angry.

"Me and my appointed army have taken control of the entire castle with the help of our sorcerers and witches"He extends his arms out to show our royal sources and witches

"Now,This kingdom as you know is under new rule!My son will still merry the crowned princess as planned and my son and her will take the throne.Anyone and everyone who refuses to follow our rules and that does not listen to curfew will either be banished,, imprisoned ,or executed"My father spoke

I watch as I hear the court erupt with havoc as they gasp in fear

"We are your rulers now,Those who follow my order will be rewarded,but those who plan against us in following for the past King and Queen.....it will not end well for you"He smirks

"Back to your business,and remember the new curfew for all noble people who live in the castle.aswell as no one is allowed to leave the kingdom at this time.That is all"My father says"All of the court is dismissed to their house holds!"He announces

The guards begin to crowd  around the people and they begin to leave in shock,Woman clutched onto their merchildren in fear from our new order,They should be scared.It is better they fear us than like us

My father clears his throat as he gestures for his River witches and sorcerers come over and begin discussing a locator spell to finally find my lost princess

My gaurds are out right now on the look out for her,its only a matter of time for me to find my princess.Its been a mere week since she had gone missing when we took over.

Shes powerfull,very powerfull.Which is why i want her.Dont get me wrong ive loved her since i have had the ability to love,But i also want her power.She will be mine no matter what i have to do to find her.She cant hide from me,i will find her and the first thing i do when i find her is punish her for running away from me.It makes my blood boil to know my mate has left me.I'll find her if it is the last thing I do.

She will obey me and respect me when i am done with her,i am her king and she will be my little queen.

She could be anywhere in the whole ocean by now,We can't know for sure without using a locator spell.It's only a matter of time before my witches can figure out how to locate her accurately,they have been trying for the past day and they think they are getting closer and closer to finding her exact location.The magic they have is only so strong,so it takes some time.Time I did not have,I was not a patient merman.

My thoughts were intterupted when two gaurds swim through the golden doors to my thrown

my father notices because he has stopped talking to the witches

They both bow to me and my father

"Your majestys,We still have not found anything more on the lost princesses new location"One of the guards spoke

I sigh deeply before holding my temples

"Imbeciles!"I say loudly

"Your majesty!We have something!"I hear one of the witches to the left of me shout

I get up off of my thrown to look in her direction as she swims forward with another witch

She shows me a crystal ball that marks a location

"Your guards can not find her because she is not anywhere in the ocean your majesty.She is on land"The witch tells me as she shows me the crystal ball marking the location a few miles down our coast on land

My eyes widen

"But how?!My sources have told Merinas magic is not as advanced to do such things!How did she get legs?!"I shout impatient

My father puts his hand on my shoulder"Patience son,We have questioned her Mother but even she does not know where she sent her own daughter.She was smart enough to not ask such things.This makes things harder yes,But we will get to the bottom of it.Now we have her location"He tells me

The witch interrupts"your majesty,this location is not very accurate,We only know she is on land near the coast,we are still trying to figure out where exactly.She's very well hidden"She tells me as I groan

I touch my temples again"fine!Then figure out how to find this location more accurately,Now we need to figure out how to get us some legs to fetch her.I want you and every witch and sourcer to be researching spells for human legs!I want this done immediately!"I tell the Witches and sorcerers behind them

The witch trembles in fear"Yes your majesty.We will go to the queens library and see what we can find"They bow and exit as I watch them scornfully

I turn to my father"this is taking much too long father"I say with anger"I want my Queen!I want my crown!"I say impatiently

My fathers puts her hand on my shoulder to comfort me again"Patience my son,all good things come to those who wait"He smiles at the end "It's just a matter of time before our team of witches and sorcerers find the spell,then we can go up there and you can finally retrieve your Queen yourself!

i turn to look at my father"If they cant find her,i will.I dont care if i have to get legs and search every inch of land there is!"I say angrily

"Yes son i agree.We must not waist anymore time"My fathers says
