Human School

A loud ear ripping sound startled me as I sprang up in my bed

I looked for the cause of the putrid sound that was clearly disrupting my sleep.I turned to see that it was coming from the same box that had showed me the time of day.

I looked at the note next to the box that read

"Good morning sweet Merling !This is an Alarm,it will help you get up in time for school,press the button in the center to make the noise stop,have a nice first day at school!!!Love your Auntie"

I quickly hit the center buttion on the Alarm and the awful noise stopped.

I sighed rubbing my tired eyes and slowly brought my new feet to the ground feeling the cold wooden floor beneath my toes

I clumsily walked over to my closet and began to decide what I shall wear on my first day in Human school

I observed the colorful clothing hung up neatly in the closet before me,I focused on the white loose over the shoulder blouse and matched it with some blue ripped shorts

I slipped on the new clothes and it felt very foreign to me but I looked in the mirror and enjoyed my look

I topped it off with some strapped shoes that showed my cute little toes,I looked in the mirror at my aqua marine/Turquoise blue hair and decided I would leave it down,it was wavy from sleeping on it last night

I grabbed the black leather carrying bag that was filled with books that I'm assuming I would need for school.grabbed the white phone that was lying on the desk and threw it in the bag.I then made my way down the stairs to notice my brothers sitting at the table waiting for me

"Good morning,Have you all eaten?"I asked looking at the empty table

They all shook they're heads"Aunt Sabrinas note  told us we could eat breakfast at school like the regular humans do,Plus we are going to be late if we don't get moving,Are you ready?"Asked zack

I nodded sheepishly

"Off we go"Said fin as he opened the front door letting in a cool breeze

I smiled as I walked out and my brothers followed

A few minutes later we eventually made it
To school after arguing of which way to go,Aunt Sabrina's instructions were clear about how to get to the school but my brothers like to make everything an argument,Me of course had to take the lead on this one

We approached the large building filled with humans our age and below,We walked in and I noticed that many people would stare at me as we made our way to the eating quarters for breakfast

Many of the males were staring at me and many of the females seemed to be whispering things,i of course didn't pay any mind to it,They seemed rather rude in my opinion but I was not here to make friends.I was here for my
Own safety and the more I blend in the longer I can stay hidden and keep my people safe

Me and my brothers got in line to get breakfast and we tried a few new foods that I quite liked.

Chocolate chip muffins they call it,I very much enjoyed it and I could tell my brothers did as well

We had sat down to enjoy our food and 15 minutes later a loud bell had rang through out the school and it was 8:00 sharp,I looked at my schedule and read that this was when our first class was starting

I looked around to see everyone making they're way out of the eating quarters they call the cafeteria and on they're way to their first class

I looked at my brothers "I guess it's time for class"I told them
