Choi June

The first thing I did this morning was sigh. Sigh because it was the first day of my new apparent job. Sigh because I'd have to deal with Yoongi all day. Sigh because I just received a text from Bomi saying I'd have to get to the stadium myself.

I understood her, because with a job like hers, she had to constantly be running errands for the members at any given time. She had to be there earlier than I ever was, and even though we'd be working this tour together, I could tell we would barely see each other unless Yoongi wanted something from her while I was doing his makeup.

When I came home after finally signing off all the contracts yesterday, I spent my afternoon ranting to Bomi about Yoongi. Well, I ranted to her through text, because she stayed at the company building to be Cypher's own personal maid.

I told her about the elevator ride and how difficult he is. I didn't tell her about the conversation we had outside the bathroom, because I still haven't told her about my attempt, and I never plan to.

It's something only Yoongi and I know, and even though it's such a pain that he knows, it's inevitable that he does. I'll just have to keep it on the down low and hope to god he doesn't tell anybody, even Seokjin, who for some reason, I feel like knows a lot of secrets from each member but is keeping them within. He's very reserved yet understandingly kind.

And I'm very observant. One of the many perks of watching crime TV shows.

"Hey, June! You're out of milk," says a familiar voice from the kitchen. It nearly knocks me off my feet, because I could have sworn I was home alone.

I peek my head through the door of my bedroom, and there stands Kangdae at the fridge. He's holding the empty carton of milk in his hand, shaking it to silently tell me it's empty.

I spot the empty bowl and spoon sitting at the edge of the kitchen sink and put two and two together. Bomi must've had a quick breakfast before leaving this early morning.

"Your family is loaded, just go buy another one." I step out of my room and into the kitchen. "And what the hell are you even doing here? You have your own place, no need to raid our already depressing fridge."

He shrugs, shutting the fridge and throwing the cartoon out. "Let myself in." He grabs car keys off a Bomi and I's key rack that my dad made for us. "To grab these."

"Bomi's car keys?" I raise a brow. "If you're driving her car, how'd she get to work?"

Kangdae shrugs again, and I swear I want to slap that smug look on his face, because this next words piss me off. "She took the bus."

I pause for a moment. There better be a good reason he's borrowing her car today. "Why?"

"I have somewhere important to be. She offered. Come on, you don't really think I'd make my girlfriend take the bus, do you?"
